The main room offers a living area, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (kitchenette) with a small portafilter machine for loose coffee and capsules (e.g. Illy), a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Another bedroom can be separated from the main room with a sliding door. Here there is a folding bed for 2 people, fitted wardrobes, a sofa and a TV and direct access to the terrace. A main bathroom with walk-in shower and WC and a guest bathroom with WC lead off the hallway.

We have furnished this newly renovated, centrally located and spacious apartment as if we would move in there ourselves... ;-) 4 people will find plenty of space here on almost 90 m²! By bus (the Drielake bus stop is about a 4-5 minute walk away), you can reach the train station and in the city in a maximum of 10 minutes. It's just as fast by bike. It takes about 25 minutes to get to the university. For families with children, there is a beautiful, large playground at the end of our cul-de-sac, in the middle of the countryside. Shopping facilities (Penny, Combi, Lidl) are within walking distance.
