Beautiful, new and spacious apartment with everything one could possibly need (even charging cables and wireless phone charger!). Pavel/David were very accommodating to a number of special requests we had. I fully recommend this apartment

Lovely apartment, great location

I spent a long weekend with my partner. The apartment was ideal for two people, large enough that you can also retreat. We immediately felt comfortable, and realized that someone really lived there, and it was not just set up for Airbnb. The apartment was very quiet, yet well connected to the tram within 5-10 minutes' walk. The Lidl directly on the street also has everything. From there you can explore Prague well, but relax after a busy day. Miroslava was a very courteous and friendly host. Glad to come back!!

The apartment is very nice, spacious with a large dressing room, and although it is in a popular part of the city, it is very quiet because the window is to the courtyard. I highly recommend

The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and in a perfect location. It was on a quiet street but walking distance to all the restaurants and sights. The hot tub was a great touch and made the stay even more relaxing. Had everything we needed for a comfortable visit, would definitely recommend to others!

We stayed in a very quiet place, within walking distance to tourist places, markets, and very easy to get around. Most of the equipment we needed was at home, there were minor shortcomings, of course, but it wasn't worth it. The park across the house was also very nice, and my child was very happy with it. Beautiful apartment, beautiful view, the bed and furniture are comfortable, we had everything we needed for kitchen, laundry, etc. Easy to walk to Old Town, if you want to get further public transportation is close and easy. Hosts were warm and friendly. Highly recommend!

Beautiful surroundings

We spent 10 days in Kristyna's house and had a great time! We had mostly good weather, so we could use the pool. Pleasant: the inside is a kind of tarp and not tiles so nice and comfortable without sharp edges. Every day outdoor dining, BBQ used a few times, great beds, screens for all windows, air conditioning through almost the whole house. There are 3 bedrooms but 1 of them is on the landing of the other 2 bedrooms and there you have a little less privacy. Kitchen is fine (there is only no oven) Lots of private garden/space around the whole house. There is another small guest stay nearby, but that didn't bother us at all and the garden can possibly be screened further if you want. Pool and garden are private anyway. For those who want to visit Prague: park your car at the P+R ‘Cerny most’ and take the metro to the city center. Metro is €1,- p.p. and parking was €2 for a full day

The check-in process was smooth and easy. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, and located near the river, which made for a peaceful atmosphere. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. While it’s a bit outside the city center, there’s a tram stop just 100 meters away that makes getting around very convenient. Thank you Martin for the lovely stay!

It was a great place, exactly what we needed for our 4 nights stay in Prague. It was a nice location, walkable distance to both tram and metro. Good restaurants around. If someone is up for it, good surroundings to walk and explore as well.

Natalia's place was a stroke of luck. We would have liked to have stayed longer because everything really worked out. It was very clean and lovingly furnished. Natalia was an outstanding host and tried to meet all our needs. Be sure to check out Vysehrad and bring a good book to linger in this beautiful area!

would definitely recommend this place for a small group of friends who go out late. this place has no windows so no light to wake you up. The space is very big and location is perfect. My next time in prague will definitely be here again.
