This is a gorgeous, renovated and spacious 1 bedroom private apartment in the prime of Cabbagetown! Bright, light and airy, charming basement apartment with above ground windows, so it does not feel like a basement.... feels like part of a home with tons of natural sunlight. We have designed this space with a classic/mid-century modern feel and tons of cool editorial artwork :) The space is upgraded with all new appliances (stainless steel throughout the kitchen and a high end Miele washer/dryer for all your deluxe laundry needs) and designer furniture throughout. Boasts tons of natural light and has all of the requirements you would need from a charming Victorian Gem (Nespresso coffee maker with pods, new appliances, cable tv/netflix/high speed internet/dedicated laundry). Cabbagetown is one of North America's largest preserved continuous areas of restored Victorian homes and within walking distance to several beautiful parks (Riverdale Park/Farms - with a live functioning farm!) and Allen Gardens with a spectacular park and beautiful greenhouses. Walking distance to Eaton Centre and other major attractions. Get away from the hustle and bustle of Toronto with this downtown oasis! This place has it all. Natural light, a hotel comfort Queen bed, luxe linens, renovated bathroom with high end Porcelanosa toilet and gorgeous vanity. A light-filled kitchen with lovely stainless steel appliances. Super comfy GUS Modern sofa, marble & gold accents, fresh florals and fresh coffee (plus a stocked pantry!). This is a gorgeous gem in a wonderful neighbourhood that comes alive in the springtime and is a must see neighbourhood in Toronto as it is one of a kind. Just steps away from renowned coffee shops and awesome local restaurants. We are within walking distance to Carlton streetcar line, several different bus lines, and a short walk (~12-15 minutes) to 2 Bloor-Danforth line stations. Alternately, you can take the Carlton streetcar to Yonge Station (a ~5 minute walk to the Carlton line). This is an entire 1 bedroom basement apartment with private access, private kitchen, private living/dining/workspace area. We are always available to provide tips on where to eat, what to do and things to check out in Toronto. We are just a phone call or text message away! This is the largest continuous area of preserved Victorian homes in all of North America. Just steps away is a working farm, together with Riverdale Park.
