Eneboligen ligger 10 minutter fra Kvernberget flyplass og 17 min fra sentrum med bil. Med kun 7 minutter med bil ligger Freimarka hvor det er muligheter for langrenn på vinterhalvåret og flotte turstier med Bolgavannet som ligger like ved. Det er både reiseseng for baby og babystol tilgjengelig.

Huset har blitt restaurert med kjærlig hånd det siste året og har en solfylt uteplass til din disposisjon. Her er det kort reisevei på 10 min til både Kristiansund og kommunesenter. Spektakulære Atlanterhavsveien er kun 30 min reise unna. Lokalområdet har utallige turmuligheter for alle nivå.
