It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. Welcome to Vertoit (3-star furnished tourist accommodation), nice atypical furnished accommodation located between Soissons and Compiègne. On a quiet street you will enjoy the garden (terrace with deckchairs) and direct access to the woods (swing and forest table are at your disposal). Pierrefonds Castle is 20 km towards Compiègne and its forest, Soissons is 17 km away (beautiful cathedral), Eurodysney and Paris are 1 hour away.

Charming cottage refurbished in 2022, close to Paris. Both quiet and close to all amenities. You can walk to the city center and restaurants. Not suitable for the elderly and young children as there are steep stairs. Served by the highway, metro line 3 (10-min walk) and line 11 (15-min walk) and 8 min from the tram, you will be in the center of Paris in a few minutes (30 min). We are in the eastern suburbs, next to Paris.
