Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

The Games Room -Studio

Located perfectly just 10 mins drive from central Hamilton and also 10 mins from the airport, Mystery Creek, the Velodrome, Hamilton Gardens, Waikato Uni and Ruakura. Only 1.2kms off the Waikato River Trail it is a perfect base for those wanting to explore by bike.

Beautiful hideaway, amazing views over the Waikato river and farmland. A few minutes drive to the supermarket, Mystery Creek( Field days)Velodrome, and Hamilton City. Punnet cafe and a local 4 square ( convenience store) are walking distance, located directly on Te Awa river ride which is also a great walking path! This cottage has everything you need, including a full kitchen with dish drawer and oven, a washing machine and heat pump/Air con. All linen provided.

Comfortable separate 1 bedroom studio. Private setting in the centre of Tamahere as part of a small lifestyle block. Studio is completely separate from the main dwelling. Kitchette facilities: microwave, fridge, tea & coffee making facilities Close to Hamilton Airport, Mystery Creek, Fielddays and Cambridge. Handy to Hamilton gardens and University. Great place to use as a base for Hobbiton and Waitomo caves.

A great location near Waikato Hospital, Hamilton Lake, Hamilton Gardens and the city centre. Green Valley Cabin overlooks a gully with nature right on your doorstep. You may even be greeted by our delightful and friendly one-eyed cat, Winky. This is a self-contained unit with a toilet and shower. Please note no kitchen or cooking facilities, however, there is a fridge and microwave.

This is a stand alone studio in an elevated position overlooking the golf course. It’s a lovely country setting, peaceful and very pretty, yet close to town Nestled in garden , great for a bbq, wine and a view of the golfing entertainment There is an additional bedroom which sleeps two, close by the studio. The Container Ship

The Container Ship is New Zealand’s first and only fully restored Container Airship. It appeared in 2021 tethered above our sheep paddock, on our small lifestyle block located right on the southern boundary of Hamilton. The origin of the ship is believed to be from an unknown multi-verse.
