Argyll Reserve Studio

We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance.

Within half an hour you can be at the beautiful beaches of Mt Maunganui & Papamoa or enjoying the tourism Mecca of Rotorua A 1650 hectare all terrain playground is five minutes away, offering a range of activities. Auckland is a 2.5 hour drive away or a 30 minute flight.

Our suite offers a private entrance and stunning views of the valley basin, making it the perfect spot for relaxing and unwinding.

Mana Ridge

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay with bird sounds and lawns to lounge over. This is a completely separated wing of a main residence- opposite a double garage with its own entry , parking and facilities. Mana Ridge offers quiet neighbours, beautiful outdoors and in central Tauranga being 13 mins from Tauranga CBD or 15 mins from Mount Town. Offering a kitchenette, open living / dining, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with soap and hair wash. Laundry also onsite.

The Orchard Studio.

Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, right beside busy Pyes Pa Road. If you are looking for something bigger we also have the Orchard Guesthouse on AirBnB.
