Relax and enjoy this 3-bedroom, 2 full bathroom, family house on 800-acre Sage Lake! - Rent our available 22' pontoon boat for your stay or bring your own boat and tie-off to the dock right out front. The house is conveniently very close to the boat launch. - It has a large patio to enjoy the outdoors and a fire pit for late night bonfires. Propane grill also provided. - This house is situated for family use, no larger groups or parties allowed. We must be respectful of the neighbors.

For safety it is not advised to swim in the canal, but we provide kayaks, paddle boards and a paddle boat to get out to the main lake. There is 30’ of dock space on the 65’ shared dock. Firewood is not provided, but there is a house that sells it just south of the boat launch.
