The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, to the water it is 150 m trail from the slope, or an off-road vehicle or on foot 400m on a forest road. Hot-tube, barbecue, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people. Accommodation is suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlan beach (400m), Koněšín beach (800m), dock of steamers.
