Hyggeligt annex med egen indgang i centrum.

Hyggeligt og funktionelt anneks på ca 20 m3 med egen indgang og toilet. Annekset er helt privat og beliggende bagerst i en hyggelig gårdhave. I har mulighed for privatliv, men vi bor 2 andre her i ejendommen. Der er en lille entre, en stue/soveværelse og et lille badeværelse. Der er et lille tekøkken med køleskab og fryser. Større madlavning ikke tilladt. Der er en stor 3/4 seng og en god arbejdsplads. I er velkomne til at benytte den bagerste gårdhave. Velegnet til børn, lukket gårdhave.

Lille hyggeligt og dejligt privat gæstehus, som ligger tæt på Dyrskuepladsen, Tusindårsskoven. Man kan gå eller cykle gennem Fruensbøge skov langs Odense å til enten Odense Zoo eller de ca 3. km til Odense Centrum. Gode mulighed for offentligt transport og det er nemt at komme på motorvejen ved Odense S. Der er gode handle muligheder tæt på. Gæstehuset indeholder to enkel senge samt en sovesofaen som kan slåes ud. Der er køkken med komfur så man nemt kan lave mad. Der er tv samt trådløs net.

Det lille hus ligger i skovkanten af Elmelundsskoven. Det ligger godt placeret i forhold til at opleve Fyn, en tur på golfbanen eller nyde naturen og slappe af i denne rolige bolig. På cykel er der ca. 5,5 km ind til gågaden i Odense. Fra huset er der direkte adgang til ca. 15 km skovstier, som inviterer til gå-, løbe- eller cykelturer. Blommenslyst Golfklub ligger ca. 3 km herfra i bil og til Odense Eventyr Golf ca. 3,2 km i bil. Huset Huset ligger selvstændigt bagerst i haven ca. 25 m2.

Ny charmerende lejlighed beliggende i landlige omgivelser. Vi er ca. 10-12 km fra Odense Centrum/banegård og ca 8 min fra motorvejen afkørsel Odense S. Lejligheden består af 1 soveværelse med dobbeltseng, New Yorker inspireret badeværelse med brus og åbent køkken/spise og opholdsstue med sovesofa. Lille terrasse til fronten af huset med morgen/formiddagssol samt parkering. Terasse på bagsiden af huset med spiseplads, gasgrill samt adgang til fælles have med siddepladser samt bålplads.

My guesthouse is located in a quiet scenical area with lakes and good hikingroutes around. The house consist of a one main room, a bathroom and an open loft. In the main room you will find a full equipped kitchen, dining area,TV lounge and one queensize bed. You will have your own entrance, terrace with grill and parking area. 500 meters to lakes for both swimming and fishing. Closes village Årslev-Sdr.Nærå, where you can find supermarkets and bakery, is 5 min by car. Checkout 11pm.

Slap af i dette unikke anneks i gåafstand til sø og med mulighed for overnatning i hytte i trætoppene. Der er egen terrasse, mulighed for brug af bålplads, grill, adgang til simple køkkenfaciliteter samt ekstra opredning. Annekset ligger i forlængelse af vores hus, og nogle dage vil vi være hjemme. Det egner sig både til enkelte eller flere overnatninger, og man kan benytte haven, gå til den lokale sø, cykle mountainbike eller tage på tur ud fra denne centrale placering på Fyn.
