You will enjoy a sunny, spacious and cozy duplex, just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach, in a central and quiet area of Milfontes. The house has 130 square meters divided by: on the 2nd floor, living room with fireplace, working table and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 balconies (one with bbq and sea view); on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (one with balcony), and 1 bathroom. Comfortable for 4 adults, we may add 1 extra bed. The house may not be suitable for children (stairs).

New built studio, in nature close to the beach

This one room studio apartment has just been renovated and is located on our small farm where we grow vegetables and fruit trees. The house is made out of rammed earth, placed just a few meters from the gorgeous river of Seixe, surrounded by green hills and fields. The valley is very calm and full of animals such as cows, horses, goats, sheep, donkeys and pigs. In the hot days you can take a cooling dip in the river or visit the amazing beach only 6 km away!

House with great location. Terrace with barbecue area, with a privileged view over the sea where you can relax, sunbathe and have meals. It is 200m from the beach without the need to use a car for trips. Located less than 100 meters from a charger for electric cars. This place is great for couples, families (with kids) and business travelers, in general for anyone who wants to get to know or enjoy the best of the Alentejo coastline.

Our home is perfectly located in the beautiful beach village of Zambujeira do Mar, Costa Vicentina. It has a wonderful view for the valley (Natural Park) where you only see the nature. Our house is conveniently close to the beach (the closest is 5min walking), the center and its restaurants (3min walking) and the supermarket (7min walking). Zambujeira do Mar is an amazing place for both sports lovers and families

A nossa quinta situa-se na charneca, nome pelo qual designamos a planície litoral que se estende entre os cabos de Sines e São Vicente/Sagres. Aqui a paisagem é aberta, plana, levemente inclinada para o mar, pontuada por terrenos de cultivo, quintas agrícolas e pinhais. Há privacidade, mas sem a sensação de isolamento.

You'll love my place because it's a 2-bedroom apartment with a sea view, measuring about 78 m2, located very close to the center, with access to Nossa Senhora do Mar beach, in addition to the main beach and Alteirinhos beach, with parking in front of and behind the building. My space is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids).
