We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house is very cute and has pretty much everything you need. Overall location is quite peaceful although sometimes you can hear cars and trains noise. However, bird singing was more noticeable and even woke me up at 6am😅 You miss such things living in a big city. We enjoyed chilling under the sun in the yard so so much. The latter is beautiful with palms and flower and other plants. I'd love to say special thanks to the host family for such a hospitality. We felt welcomed. I definitely recommend choosing this place.

The cottage is really very secluded. The nearest supermarket 20 minutes by car. So buy in beforehand. There is the possibility to eat at the Eco House or even order it there. So you don't have to cook. Otherwise the place is very nice. The hot tub is great and really the highlight of our overnight stays. Once you get in touch with the manager, you'll also get instructions on where to go.

Expectations from the house corresponded to reality. There is a fridge, microwave, all necessary utensils. The bed is comfortable and the bed is clean. There is beautiful nature around and a beautiful view of the lake. The house was cozy and clean. The hostess is hospitable, responsive and friendly. She was always ready to help. There is a road nearby, so if you are bothered by the noise from cars, then bring earplugs. Stray dogs may be a problem, so buy pet food and a special ultrasonic dog repeller. Many landmarks are close. The caves are within walking distance. Groceries are available in Nikortsminde, there are many shops with a good selection of goods.

It was a wonderful stay, we enjoyed every second of it. It not only met our expectations but even exceeded them. The room was super cozy, and the environment around just magnificient. If you are fan of peace, quiet and calm I truly recommend choosing Davit. We had amazing breakfast, dinner and even a traditional wine degustation. I would come back to Sakartvelo just to stay in this airbnb. Thank you so much, Davit!

Beautiful cottage secluded in the middle of the forest. The view couldn't be better! Although it was already quite cold outside at night, we were able to heat the cabin well with a small electric heater and did not have to freeze. Alternatively, a fireplace was also available. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The center of Mestia (restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations, tourist information) can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped, only a hairdryer is missing. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Georgia!

The place was close to Batumi but also secluded enough in the mountains to wake up to a wonderful view right from the your bed, which was very tidy and the place was definitely cleaned very well. We also found more amenities than we expected which was pleasant surprise! Although we arrived late at night we were greeted by the host and helped to cottage where we felt right at home, the land is really beautiful and it was a treat to stay there and experience some of the activities in the area.

Such a romantic place to stay with your partner. We enjoy the view and super cleanliness. Ninos parents were awesome and welcome. It wasn’t hard to find like some other Airbnb I stayed. I don’t want to be that kinda person who like to complain for a small issues but only thing I’d suggest for ninos paradise is to have a solid curtain in the bedroom because I’m very sensitive with light. So people like me may point that out but other than that me and my wife absolutely loved ninos hut.
