We want you to get the most out of your stay, so we're including a fully stocked kitchen, linens & towels, laundry, & a welcome package to include toiletries & essentials. Plus, you'll have access to our storage closet for bikes & beach toys!

Welcoming one bedroom studio 2 miles from the ocean. Private entrance, outside porches, furnished kitchen, full bath and queen sized bed. Cute, convenient and clean, with one SHARED WALL between the studio and main house. All amenities are self contained and noise is minimal. VERY convenient area Wifi & A/C Washer & Dryer TV, cable & Netflix We follow all cleaning protocol as specified by AirBnB. Our efficiency is for 1 or 2 guests ONLY. Our cozy, rustic, beachy apartment is close to all the area has to offer! We are nestled between Snow Hill and historic Berlin off Rt 113. We are about 15 min from West Ocean City and 12 miles from Assateague. Dining, shopping, and family activites are also nearby including a public boat ramp 5 min away to launch small watercraft and a playground with pavilion across the street. We recently renovated the apartment, and the decor was chosen to make guests feel at home at the Shorehouse!

This apartment is situated on a quiet side street nearby many attractions including the boardwalk and Jolly Roger.
