Vacation rentals with beach access in Occidental Mindoro

Although we arrived so early and couldn't check in yet, the hosts allowed us to leave our luggages first. The place is really clean and spacious. The hosts were very accommodating! They gave us directions to a good lomi house and even helped us hail a tricycle commute to our next destination. We had a great stay!

Everything was perfect. Amy is a great host. She helped us with our transportation arrangements as well as local knowledge and diving. The unit was very nice and private. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Nice place in a family neighborhood on the edge of town. Everything was as expected. Easy to find. Tenbar and his family were very helpful and welcoming.

The place is as described. The house is pretty new and well maintained so I think we had the privilege to enjoy its beauty. The view is magnificent. The water is pristine and crystal clear. The pool is great but too deep however it is as expected as it was described as deep. I’d only recommend to have someone manage the listing and communication. Had to wait for more than 15 minutes outside and there were no response on both the contact number and as well in the app. We had to find the house ourselves before we could check. If I hadn’t get out of the car and find it myself we would have waited long. Overall the place is perfect. You just had to take a plight of stairs to get there but as expected it was communicated before booking.

We had such a wonderful stay at Anilao Cliffhouse! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 What we really loved was the complete kitchen—and when I say complete, I mean it! The dipping pool was also a hit with the kids, especially since the beach is a bit far. The beach isn’t ideal for lounging by the shore since it's rocky (as expected for a diving site), but once you swim out a bit, it’s a whole different world! The hospitality? SUPERB. Kuya Abet was a 1000% assist—seriously, it felt like we were in a luxury hotel. Every little thing we needed, he was there to help. The house is super clean, towels smell great, bathrooms spotless, and kitchen items were ready to use. For a big group (we were 12!), there was plenty of space for sleeping, and everyone was comfortable. We even had room to spare! We also appreciated the complimentary extras like turon (yum!), snorkeling gear, life vests, and even basic scuba diving lesson in the pool—those thoughtful touches made the experience extra special. A wonderful large home that can cater for many more people than we had! Our host went over and above expectations as we had a scheduled brown out (electricity was down for maintenance) on our last day and she found us an alternative house to stay outside of the area for our last night Our first time in the Philippines and it did not disappoint!

This was our first time using Airbnb as a family, and we’re really glad we chose this host. The house is surprisingly spacious for a typical beach property. What we loved most was being surrounded by lush green fields, having a stunning ocean view—especially at sunset—and still being close enough to the beach. While the sand near the property isn’t pure white, during high tide you can easily walk to nearby white sand spots with crystal-clear water. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with utensils, which was perfect for our needs. One suggestion for improvement would be to relocate the refrigerator inside the kitchen—it would make a big difference, especially for food-loving families like ours. Overall, a great stay!

Very clean place, bathrooms are all big, the common area upstairs was chef’s kiss especially during sunset. Place was very spacious and comfortable. The owner is also very responsive. Check in and out times are very generous. They also allowed us to check in 2hrs earlier.

This is our third time at Puerto Galera and we never looked for another accomodation somewhere else. We always choose to stay here because of the wonderful experience that this place and the host, Mila has given us over our previous stays. This room is newly built and it can occupy up to 4-5 pax. The room was clean and spacious and everything that we need is already included. It has a mini terrace and in front is the beautiful vast sea. The interior is spot on and it will make you feel like you're at home.

Can't say enough nice things - huge house overlooking the ocean with an on site caretaker who helped us as needed. Who would want to stay at a dive resort when you can have an entire house with two levels of views, kitchen and AC! Will visit again!

Hans was very communicative and although we did not meet him, he introduced us to his care taker via phone. Mrs. Lorna made sure that we were received at the ferry terminal at Puerto Galera by her husband who was holding a sign with my name. Once we got to the apartment, Mrs. Lorna made sure we had everything we needed, explaining all of the amenities and offering to introduce us to the tour guide (who is fantastic!) and to a housekeeper. We had a wonderful experience at this apartment. The AC worked, we had drinking water provided us to by Mrs. Lorna, and the apartment is about a 20 minute Trike ride from White Beach. The tours provided by the tour guide were fantastic. All of the kitchen amenities worked. Things to keep in mind - the apartment upstairs may be used by other people and there is a 5 - 7 minute hill to walk up to the house if not using a trike.

Very nice place , convenient and close to the white beach and lot's of restaurants, excellent and very responsive host , no issues with the provided amenities, on few occasions the area had power cuts lasting up to couple of hours but the property had individual power generator so had no impact at all on the property. We hade great 10 days staying there and everything was good.

Peaceful at night. The beach is also beautiful, so it's exclusive to you. It's great toreflect.

This is our second time booking Miss Ice’s unit. Highly recommended! Our family had a wonderful stay. Miss Ice and Sir Al were both very responsive and accommodating to all our inquiries, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

The apartment is big and very beautiful and has a balcony too. The service is very accommodating even we checked in late and they also assist us after check out. The place is so clean and very comfortable, all the amenities are provided and there's also stores nearby to buy drinks and snacks. We swam on the pool during the night but there's no light surrounding the pool and beachfront. We ask an assistance if they can open the lights but the lights are so dim :( The beachfront was not was expected but it's okay still it's very instagrammable. We asked the lady for nearby beaches and activities to do who assisted us, so we've gone to the White Beach which is few mins away from the apartment and it made our stay! Overall our experience is really awesome for a quick getaway! I'm recommending this to my friends and colleagues! Thankyou for letting us stay, Maylen!
