Monthly Rentals in Observatory Hill

We had a great family reunion in a great place to stay. It was nice and clean with a great location. It is walkable to the opera house, bridge, rocks, and circular quay. Would stay there again on a return trip to Sydney.

We stayed here as a family group of 9, 7 adults and 2 teenagers it worked so perfectly. So much space everyone could do what they wanted in their own space. Kitchen was fantastic as were all the living areas. The house is extremely close to circular Quay and many other attractions. We were there whilst Vivid was on and all the action you could walk to so easily. Old Nelson Pub is only a 3min walk away and great atmosphere and food and open all hours. I highly recommend this place for a big group and Sam is THE best communicator he was very good with any questions we had and recommended places for us. Thank you so much Sam we had the most wonderful stay.

An excellent and extremely well kitted out apartment right in the CBD. Rita gave us a personal check in, highlighted lots for us to know about. The apartment didn't lack for a thing, and although we only made coffee and eggs for breakfast, the kitchen was great. Very comfortable bed which is always a worry for us in new places, we slept really well. Felt like we had everything to hand we normally would at home, maybe even more! The short walk to The Rocks for restaurants and Circular Quay for transport was super convenient too.

Our family loved the location, very easy to walk everywhere, extremely clean, Catherine was easy to communicate with. We had some flight changes last minute which meant we got in very early. Since her place was available, she kindly had it ready and allowed us to check in early. While this can’t always be the case, I still wanted to acknowledge her kindness in this regard. If we are lucky enough to come back to Sydney, we would stay here again! Thank you Catherine.
