Heat and water come from state-of-the-art renewable sources. The house is directly connected to the magnificent nature park Soonwald-Nahe and the many well-signposted hiking trails.

"Hunsrück Valley View" Holiday Home with SAUNA

A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. You can also visit our herd of Scottish Highlanders!

Vacation home at Birkenhain

We offer an apartment for 3 people (double bed, fold-out sofa bed) for non-smokers (+ travel bed for children up to 3 years available). Pets are welcome. The house is located in a quiet new development area above the city. A parking space is located in front of the door. The tourist tax of €1.30 per person/day is to be paid on site in cash. For safety, there is a contactless check-in. If a personal handover is desired, please let us know in advance. We look forward to seeing you!

Two spacious bedrooms (one bed 2 × 2 m, one sofa bed 1.4 × 2 m), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a storage room for suitcases and luggage. The apartment is very quietly located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, directly on the edge of the forest and also offers access to the shared garden with terrace. There is ample parking and the possibility to safely store bicycles and children's toys.
