Well-maintained vacation home for 1-2 people with a double bed and 1 crib Kitchen fully equipped, Fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove with oven. There is also the possibility of barbecuing. The apartment is very quiet at the end of a road with little traffic. Starting point for long hikes and biking trips in the Hunsrück, the North Palatinate Mountains, the nearby region or Rheinhessen. Shopping facilities within a radius of approx. 10 km.

Friendly contacts exist with the winegrowing families from Meddersheim and with the top wineries Emrich-Schönleber in Monzingen and Dönnhoff in Oberhausen. The wine refrigerator is always well-stocked and wine tastings can be arranged individually.

Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.
