Fully equipped 2 room studio in quiet, natural location 12 min from Darmstadt. The newly created studio is part of a 1-family house with separate entrance, kitchen and complete bathroom. One parking space available. Major supermarkets, Post O, pharmacy and restaurants in walking distance. Bus lines NE, N and O 6 min walking distance, as is train station with direct connection to FRA and DA north station near Merck. Highways A5/A67 are 5.5 km and FRA Int Airport a 30 minute drive away.

Nice friendly appartment in Ober Ramstadt

Our house stands on the edge of the forest and is in a large garden. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, directly under the roof. It is well equipped (see equipment) and is quiet. The nearby forest invites you to jog or go for a walk. We are only a 5 minute walk to the next bus stop. This line leads directly to downtown Darmstadt. The large garden including a playground and access to the stream can be used to relax, sunbathe, play with children, have a barbecue or have a nice evening.

Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

Exclusive living in the historic tower

The Wormser Water Tower is considered one of the most beautiful water towers in Germany. In the first floor it offers a luxurious small city apartment (about 80 m2) that surprises with original arches and lots of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can spend a cultural, sporting and/or romantic vacation. But even business travelers will find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in the evening in a generous ambience.

Quiet, modern 3-room apartment

Enjoy central yet quiet accommodation, located directly on the Modau river. Ober-Ramstadt, 10 km from Darmstadt, has good shopping opportunities and public transport connections. There is a public outdoor swimming pool 300 meters from the apartment. The apartment (high ground floor) has a living room, two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, balcony and parking space. There is a washing machine in the basement. Laundry can be dried on lines.

Maisonette apartment between Odenwald & Rhine-Main

Our two-story 60-square-meter oasis with a sunny west-facing roof terrace welcomes you. It is centrally located to the A5, Frankfurt (airport), Darmstadt or Heidelberg. There are also many cycling and hiking routes right outside the front door. The large fully equipped living-dining kitchen invites you to be cozy together. The sofa bed offers another retreat. Upstairs is the bright living room-bedroom with roof terrace, a desk and a double bed.

Cheap studio apartment for a lovely stay

My place is close to In Darmstadt's green north, fully furnished, bright and inviting 1 bedroom apartment - "Studio" (sleeping and living area - see pictures), where you immediately feel at home, put down your suitcase and enjoy. It was kept extra cheap for the Christmas season. If two different guests arrive, we can also separate the two box spring beds or it remains as a double bed as shown in the pictures. The spacious apartment is located at the edge of the Odenwald, at the outskirts with views over the fields. 70-80 square meters are divided into living-dining kitchen, daylight bathroom, spacious living room and adjoining bedroom with box spring double bed. There is also a sun-drenched conservatory. It has seating in every area and beautiful views of nature everywhere. The highlight in the warmer seasons is the 30pm terrace.

The 35 m2 are newly renovated and are divided into one bedroom (bed with 1.60 m wide), living-dining area with kitchen and a bathroom. With a view towards Odenwald and a bright friendly ambience, this place also invites you to stay longer. The garden offers a seat.
