This is a new home. It has all of the Invercargill City Council requirements and more. This home is cosy and warm. Well ventiated. 4 sliding doors and lots of opening windows. 2 outside areas to sit in. Sky Sports. This is a non smoking home. There are areas outside for smoking. We have security cameras which are in use when the home is empty. These are located outside. We do advise that you read the blue folder under the tv, the instrustions for the oven as well as the password for the wifi

Ringaringa Beach Cottage, comfortable whole house

Very quiet location with a welcome to overseas and New Zealand visitors. Families welcome but parents are asked to remember that although the road has little traffic, the property is not fenced. We have the greatest sea views, plenty of land and pelagic birds to spot with many simple and more challenging walks available, very like New Zealand used to be. Friendly but not intrusive people, helpful house manager available.

really nice place with clear and detailed instructions. You will wake up with birds singing in the morning and sleep with the sound of the ocean wave. Romantic and beautiful lovely place to enjoy the nature on Stewart Island. It’s gonna be once in your lifetime’s experience. It’s really cute when we finished our Encounter With Wild Kiwi trip and see there’s a lovely note showing the host’s kindness. Recommend reading the infos in the email before you get there to know the right way to get in there. Prepare a usb charger for your phone or other device, there’s only one usb plug to charge anything.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was as advertised and great amenities that were budget friendly (kitchen, private bathroom, tv, etc.). Abigail was very helpful and communicative. The location was walkable to town and peaceful in nature. Would recommend to others!

The place was super tidy, we really enjoyed our stay. Rachael went above and beyond by finding a partacot and setting it up for our wee one so we were able to save some room in the car. Highly recommend staying here.

Short stay for a few hours and check out to the airport, everything is perfect but regret no chance to have a harbour view. We have everything basic there we needed, perfect and thanks host!
