Vacation rentals with a patio in Oak Bluffs

Gregg and PD are amazing hosts, and their place is perfect in multiple ways. It is clean, beautiful, and the deck offers a great place to relax. We had everything needed to cook dinner. The location is both private and convenient. It’s walkable to Vineyard Haven and there’s a Black Dog Bakery right as you hit the main road. Regarding the noise from above someone else mentioned in their review, all we heard over our 3-night stay were dog steps — no human conversations, steps, TV, or music from upstairs. Gregg and PD are very friendly and gave us helpful tips and recommendations around the island. We would love to stay here again!

This place is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Close to town by car but quiet. Big yard, super clean, very quiet.

Lovely stay here in this pristine part of the Vineyard. Expect shabby chic. Would definitely stay again. The location cannot be beat and the hosts were very kind and accommodating!

Samantha’s place was perfect for me, coming from a quiet town in NH. While you should have a car, it was centrally located. I was on the island for work and her place was very convenient for me. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, had all the amenities I required. I hope it’s available the next time I have a work assignment on the island.

We had a great stay at Denise’s place! The place was exactly as described, with unique and thoughtful touches throughout. The place was spotless, very updated, and very private. We definitely would stay here again!

Despite the dreadful weather, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Brian‘s place. The bed was very comfortable. I did find that I missed more of a kitchen facility, with no sink in the area with the coffee maker. I found myself going back-and-forth between the bathroom and the living room to fill the kettle for my tea. The area was very quiet, and Brian’s home was easy to find.

Connie was a great host! We only stayed a night while attending the renn faire but she offered us another night at a discount to save us the long drive back. We couldn’t stay because of work but felt so welcome. I’m super appreciative of the space she shared with us.

Wow, where to start. Kristin went above and beyond to accommodate us and we ended up getting married here! A wild rainstorm/ nor'easter came in so our beach elopement wedding plans had to be changed... not being from the area we had limited back-up options. Kristin kindly allowed us to do our small ceremony on the beautiful back deck. Even if all that didn't take place, her home would have a special place in our hearts because it's so tranquil and beautifully designed. Cherry on top, the bed was super comfy and kitchen well equipped! We had everything we needed for the week. Kristin's daughter gave us great recommendations too for local spots to eat. Highly recommend a stay here!

Stayed for the weekend while here for a concert. The place was immaculate. Cozy and had everything necessary for a relaxing time. Close enough to Boston and the cape to explore both if time had permitted. Host was proactive and involved in making our stay excellent and they were quick with any questions we had. Would absolutely stay again.

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

Location and place was phenomenal! A 10 second walk to the beach and such a cute private neighborhood. Katie was also so kind and accommodating and then check in process was easy.

While the weather did not cooperate (it rained the entire time) the cottage and views made up for the weather. From the table to the couch the views are wonderful. The cottage is very well stocked from towels and blankets to the kitchen. We did not need anything that wasn't supplied. The bathroom is small but functional. The shower might not work well for a larger person. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe and peaceful. We enjoyed our long weekend and would book this cottage again.

Our group of six adults had an amazing stay at this beautiful, modern home in Woods Hole! The house was impeccably designed and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly cozy, ensuring everyone got a great night’s sleep. The location was perfect—steps away from the island ferry, making our trips to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard a breeze without the hassle of parking or shuttles. We loved the private nooks throughout the house, ideal for curling up with a book and coffee. The grill was a highlight, allowing us to enjoy several evenings cooking together. Being within walking distance to fantastic restaurants in Woods Hole was a huge plus, adding convenience and variety to our dining options. This home exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great hosts--they were responsive and communicated clearly. They also helped out when we left something behind, which was greatly appreciated! Large house with plenty of space for our crowd of five adults and a toddler. Convenient location for the places we wanted to go.

Staying at Rebecca’s Hideaway was a wonderful experience! I stayed with the family during the Thanksgiving holiday during the offseason and the location was absolutely beautiful. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and even left us treats at the house! The location of the house was private, but a close enough drive into downtown Edgartown to get drinks and dinner or do some shopping. There are many options to relax outdoors and it’s a close walk to get to South Beach to enjoy nature. I would definitely recommend staying here and would rebook in a heart beat!

The house and Tam were fantastic! Tam's attention to detail in both the house and how it was prepared for us made it super easy and stress-free to get settled. We had an amazing time!

Mili’s home was beautiful and incredibly walkable to all the great shops, dining, and coffee in Falmouth. Her home included all the amenities and accessories for our comprehensive itinerary.

We drove from Maryland up to the Cape, through lots of traffic. The host was great and responsive, suggesting great places for dinner. Our week was just amazing, wish we could have stayed longer. The pool was a perfect way to start and end the days and the bikes were a great way to explore the neighborhood. We really hope to return, just so much more we wanted to do.

We stayed in the cottage for our daughter’s wedding. It was within walking distance of the venue and super close to the beach. It had a lovely outdoor sitting and dining area and beach supplies. Wonderful, comfy place to stay!

Great place and location. Enough space for 4 adults and a small child in the bunk area. Short walk to the marketplace and great spot to cook in and a grill out back.

We had a fantastic time here! We were in Falmouth for a bachelorette weekend and this apartment was convenient and close to everything we wanted to do. The space was super cute and clean, perfect for our group! Adam was super helpful during our stay too. We definitely recommend.

Being right across from the Village Green is a super location in Falmouth. Stepping outside you see historic Green and the surrounding homes and churches--quintessential New England. Plus you walk a couple blocks to all of the restaurants on Main Street. And doing a walk or bike loop down to Surf Drive to see Vineyard Sound is very close. The condo is very comfortable--new kitchen with great appliances and with a washer and dryer that is easy to use. My favorite room was the living room with all of the charm that this historic house offers. A go-to place when visiting Falmouth.

This property was in a perfect location without a vehicle. It was lovely and exactly as described.
