Simon engages passionately in being a host: his warm welcome was way beyond what we expected. He showed us his beautiful, well kept wild garden and generously shared stories and everything you need to feel at home. His communication was very clear - we knew what to do and what not to do in his house, which made us feel even more at home. Hosts like this are rare to find and we can highly recommend giving a visit. We had a funny and social time together. The structure of the home makes a social experience very organic, yet at the same time Simon was also clear, if we want privacy, we could also easily have that. Definitely try out the binoculars in the bathroom, look at the funky tea cup collection and read about old bars in Madrid. Simon has a hand for things that bring joy.

Absolutely lovely stone cottage located in a quiet village only 5 minutes from a pristine beach. The house was very well appointed; everything you need for a stay.

The house is amazing to spend a few days with family or friends. It's ready for large groups. I would highlight the very large table in the kitchen and on the porch and that each room has its own bathroom. All newly renovated and very clean. The kids had a great time in the big living room where there's plenty of space to play and sleep too. The area is very quiet and a few kilometers from many beaches. The house has a spectacular barbecue that can also be used in bad weather. Moncho and his wife welcomed us with a very nice touch. We didn't lack anything and communication was very fluid. Inma's house has everything you need to live. The accommodation is in a spectacular place, 1 km from the beach and at the same time in the middle of the forest, with spectacular views. It is also 10 minutes from Viveiro by car. Inma is a delight and we felt very comfortable. He also had the detail of welcoming us with a rich Galician empanada. 100% recommendable!!

Insanely amazing!! The Surf Lodge was so perfect for us, the decor absolutely on the mark, beachy, cozy and clean, everything we needed was there and more, a great vibe! The view and surroundings were so private, and once down to the beach, we felt like it was our own! Just behind the house is a walking trail along the cliffs that is not to miss! Jaw dropping views of the ocean and the natural environment is unforgettable. We went as far as "The Most Beautiful Bench" it was worth every step!!! Once you are there you will understand the title! As for restaurants and cute harbor villages, incredible as well, as per Victors great advice, we picked a very low key local spot on the water, delicious food, friendly hosts and incredible views. I dont know if it is just because we were there in late May, but to our amazement there were no tourists, no crowds.... like we had the world to ourselves-a dream come true!! We will always cherish this time, and will be back for a much longer stay !!!!
