We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. This place is for families with children, a group of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park

Stay in a wooden cottage near Śnieżnik.

The cottage has a living room with a kitchenette, fireplace, TV and a bathroom on the ground floor, on the first floor there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms, each with a balcony with a beautiful view. The cottage is intended for 7 people, family, acquaintances, friends. The kitchen is equipped with tableware, a fridge, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a kettle, and a toaster. The cottages have Wi-Fi, smoke detectors and an alarm, note limited GMS range. The facility is monitored and has a storage room for ski equipment and bicycles.

Lesní Chata Mikulovice is located in the Jeseníky Protected Landscape Area near the Polish border. It is a quiet area perfect for rest and relaxation in nature. Jeseníky are known for the cleanest air and a large number of ski slopes. In summer, on the other hand, you can enjoy beautiful bike trails. The cottage offers two separate apartments: Spruce and Pine, which are structurally separated and provide full privacy. Each apartment is equipped with its own sauna, where you can enjoy relaxation and rest.

Off-Grid Cottage near river!

Off-grid remote cottage with teepee and river crossing whole property. It can host up to 7 people in 4 bedrooms or more in tents. Perfect for nature lovers, bikers, families with children, bird watchers, relax. Teepee suitable for evening grills and small parties. Nearest neighbors is a children summer camp 500 meters away. Electricity by solar panels, enough for charging bikes, laptops, phones,etc. Kitchen and hot water available. Cats, deers and many kind of birds are living on the property.

A flowery meadow on the trail

A facility created in the midst of nature, with attention to the beauty of nature. From two terraces (one where you can relax in the morning sun, the other facing south-west) you can enjoy the beauty of the adjacent forest and garden. A water cascade imitating a mountain stream was built on the backyard slope, the hum of which you can listen to for hours while lying carefree on one of the hammocks. A jacuzzi has been built into one of the terraces (available for an additional fee, upon request)

The cottage is located on the walking and cycling trail to Zieleniec, Lewin Kłodzki. Access by dirt road, quite demanding. Dedicated to families.

There is a private sauna, a garden with mature trees, a pond, an outdoor kitchen, a fireplace and a relaxing seating area. SENIK serves as an ideal starting point for winter and summer sports activities and subsequent relaxation and regeneration. An extra bed for 2 people can be provided (folding sofa)

Surrounded by meadows and forests, with only a few houses in the distance, close to the Nysa River and the village of Morzyszów. An ideal place to relax, enjoy sunsets, and recharge.

A charming cottage located in the picturesque village of Glinno, in the Owl Mountains! It is an excellent base for exploring the numerous attractions in the area. Our offer includes a comfortable cottage for 6 people, with the possibility of accommodating up to 8 people.
