Looking for an escape from the city? Our house with 5 rooms + kitchenette (125m²) in the village of Sány u Poděbrad offers 3 rooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed), 2 bathrooms and 2 parking spaces. The jewel is a 1000m² garden with a conservatory, a terrace with a grill, and a 7.32x3.66m swimming pool. There's a kids' corner inside, and in the garden we're preparing a sandbox, a playhouse with a slide, swings, and a fire pit. We are currently renovating and improving the house and garden, and we will be updating the photos on an ongoing basis. This location is perfect for family and cycling trips.

Beautiful cottage set in the center of a village surrounded by beautiful forests. In the village there are several playgrounds for sports activities for adults or children (football, basketball, petanque, etc.), a small well-equipped shop and a pub. I live in the house with my sons and dog, so I do not recommend accommodation for allergy sufferers. I cordially invite you to Lipnik, a place with a wonderful atmosphere, where nature and well-being await you. In the area up to 10 km there are wonderful excursions: Mirakulum park, Loucen castle, Vsejany swimming pool, Jivak, bike trails, horses

The cozy guest house, which is preserved in the original architecture from 1860, is located in the beautiful, quiet Central Bohemian village of Záhornice, in the middle of Bohemia in the edge of oak forests, fields and dozens of ponds. We offer accommodation in one of seven apartments with kitchens. You can use the discreet atrium with a trimmed lawn and some of the services provided. We accommodate individuals and groups, families with children, guests looking for fun in a group and peace in nature for work or relaxation. We will be happy to advise you on everything.

Green Karina's house

A stone's throw from paradise... Czech... In the village, cut off from civilization... but expect roosters... The green house is located on the side in the farthest corner of our land in an old orchard. Our young neighbors are currently building their new home, so there is no peace and quiet here temporarily. Because you love each other, 2 adults can fit in. We have our own, somewhat antisocial dogs when it comes to communicating with other dogs, so unfortunately we won't find a place for your pet. Ours are grown up, but sweet.

Residence Dymokury is ideal for taking trips to the wider area, but also for exploring the beauty of Dymokury. Suitable for groups and families with children. The house offers an outdoor barrel sauna with cooling tub (charged separately), in sommer outdoor swimming pool, trampoline and more. The whole house is air-conditioned. Guests can use the charging station for electric cars.
