Ca. 3 km til indkøbsmuligheder og dejlige badestrande, på hver sin side af Vilsundbroen. Hvor der er mulighed for at ro kajak, padle og fiskeri. "Cold Hawaii inland" Ca. 4 km derfra meget naturskøn aktivitetspark og lidt længere syd på ligger det meget kendte Skyum bjerge, med skønne vandreture, virkelig smukt. Tag madpakke kurven med, John Lennon har været der.
