Waterfront vacation rentals in Nygård, Bergen

I had a conference in NHH, this apartment is very close to the campus. It is also close to the bus station, 15mins to city center by bus. The apartment is clean and with all of the facilities we need. The owner is also friendly and responsive.

We had a great time at this apartment in Bergen. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Downtown is easily walkable, with shops nearby. The journey to the airport is simple with only one metro line. A big thank you to our host for his warm welcome, even at a very early hour after our flight, as well as for the vehicle rental he offered us, making our visits around Bergen much easier. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Rene's place was exactly as shown in the pictures. The kitchen and bathroom were rather new and modern. The bedroom space was sufficient for two people each and suitcases, etc. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet but provided easy access to old Bergen (Bryggen) and the harbor. We enjoyed our stay.

The most charming and well appointed flat of our 3 city tour of Norway. Minutes from nearby coffee shops, wine bar and restaurants. Walkable to any part of Bergen you wish to explore. Would definitely recommend this flat to others. Also, we were able to wash (and dry) a load of clothing mid-trip. Excellent! Thank you!

My husband and I stayed at Andreas' lovely airy flat in a quiet location away from the crowds and yet walkable everywhere. It's truly a comfortable flat and everything worked really well. Grocery stores are just down the road. Our only issue was with the key pick up and drop off, something we didn't realize. It wasn't a major issue, because the location, comfort, cleanliness, of the flat more than made up for it. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Håkon’s house for our 1-day trip to Bergen. The house is located on a relatively quiet street, which mostly has pedestrian and bike/e-scooter traffic. This also means that there is no parking options right next to the house, however, we found several parking options close by, so this turned out to not be much of an issue for us. The house was clean and comfortable and featured all the amenities we would usually expect. When considering this house, please be aware that all bedrooms are on the second floor and the stairs going up to these are steep - hence, if anyone in the group has walking difficulties, this could be a problem. Otherwise, we would fully recommend this house to other people traveling to Bergen.

We had a wonderful time here, plenty of room for four adults with room to spare! Nice touches of comfort and style throughout the home. It is important to note there are no restaurants or grocery stores walkable, we appreciated knowing that ahead of check in. The 40 minute ride to downtown Bergen and 10-20 minute ride to food options was minor compared to the wonderful, beautiful place! Great kitchen and outdoor grilling area to prepare food. Responsive, friendly hosts!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Our family had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the beautiful views. Jan-Fredrik and Margrethe were lovely hosts, who also gave us a heads up about a holiday during our stay with potential restaurant and store closures so that we could prepare. Thank you again for having us!

Lasse and his family were extremely welcoming. The property was spacious, airy and extremely clean and exceeded expectations. Loved the underfloor heating in the bathrooms and enjoyed stunning views and use of the jetty. Just wish we were better kayakers!

Wonderful stay in Bergen. Beautiful house in a great area, and spotlessly clean. The hosts were very responsive and flexible with our early check in, and we loved the comfy beds. The stairs were a little steep and narrow for a 70 year old, but she was very happy to sleep in the basement bedroom and have a bit of extra privacy too. Would recommend for a peaceful stay in one of Bergen's loveliest neighbourhoods.

We had a cozy two days, despite the bad weather. Very lovingly furnished cottage and hassle-free and easy communication with the host.

We felt comfortable in the very stylishly furnished apartment, it was quiet and cozy, located right on the fjord. Excursions to Bergen are flexible and practical, as the bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. Communication with Arve and Lydia was straightforward, they were always available and very helpful! We had a wonderful stay at Hege’s apartment. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, clean and well organised. We had everything we needed and much more. The location is great- being so close to all the attractions. Great choices for food options as well. Above all, a very helpful and attentive host! All added up to a wonderful stay for us in Bergen

Gorgeous location. Peaceful walks right out the door. Close to Herdla which has quite a few interesting places like a bird sanctuary and sauna. The host is friendly and super helpful!

Very nice house. Absolutely comfortable. Felt like at home. Cecilie was very kind to allow me late check out. She also helped me to park my car for 10 days before my check in date (when I went for 10 days cruise from Bergen).

Really sweet apartment in a perfect location with beautiful streets around and lovely restaurants and bakeries close by! Great to have so many walks from the doorstep. Would highly recommend for any couple visiting Bergen.

This is a gorgeous apartment with incredible views from the balcony. It has all the amenities you need, and was spacious and quiet should you want a relaxing evening (or day!) in. It was a short and easy bus journey from the centre but also walkable. The buses are frequent and plenty of options so I was never waiting for more than a couple of minutes. Erik was also a brilliant host, welcoming and very responsive and helpful from start to finish. In summary, I couldn't have asked for better and only wished I could have stayed for longer! I will be sure to book again should I visit Bergen in the future.
