Patrick's place not only looked as great as his pictures but you can tell he cares about the people he's hosting. He checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. He has dimmers for all of his lights, which we found great for staying in a place you're not familiar with. He even had a decent amount of hangers available in the closet, I know that might sound simple but for some of us, it's the little things that stand out. If I ever become a Airbnb host, I'd ask Patrick for tips and tricks for sure. I even looked at his other properties for future vacations. Thanks again Patrick!

Everything was very clean and tidy. There was even febreze in toilet =) Parking and checking in anytime is perfect as we arrived at the place after midnight and everything worked well as described. Would definetely come again.

We had a great stay at the Apartment. We had some major problems with the Check-In at Palms, but nothing the host could Not handle. He helped us with every inconvenience and was a great host.

This was my first time using Airbnb and it was great! DJ and Kristina are amazing hosts! Their place is beautiful, quiet, and extremely close to the Vegas strip. They respond quick to messages and provided everything you’d need for a perfect stay. We felt super safe and secure while staying there. Thank you again for allowing us to book your home, it was an amazing Airbnb experience!

Great place to stay, gated community- location very close to strip - its behind middle of strip ( MGM ) taxi/uber cost to strip $10-15 during day, apartment clean , comfortable beds, lots of towels, clean linen , kitchen has all equipment needed, very quiet, nice pool view, security good felt safe. A/C keep us cool . Would recommend if you don’t wish to stay in a hotel . Glad we made this choice .

The place is clean and nice., it’s close to the strip. The host is a sweet lady and communication is efficiency. Definitely will come back for next time visit Las Vegas!!!

Apollo's place was a perfect stay for my wife and I while in Vegas. It was a private/quiet neighborhood that is tucked away but still a 5-10 min drive from the strip and the fun. The place was super clean and comfortable. It also had all of the wifi, netflix, and streaming you you want. Highly recommened as sometimes it's hard to find a quiet nice place in Vegas. Apollo was also incredibly responsive and super nice/flexible host!

Great location and we walked to Chinatown every day. I liked the big tv and especially the well stocked kitchen. Thank you! I will visit again.

Unser Aufenthalt war toll und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Toll fanden wir, dass die Unterkunft in einer abgesperrten Community lag, wo man nur durch einen Schranken hineinkam. Für unser Auto gab es auch genug Parkmöglichkeiten. Der Strip ist nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt. Tolle Unterkunft in Las Vegas, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Truly a beautiful and family friendly place to stay and has everything you need! I will definitely use Eddie’s place again the future when I come back to Vegas.

Alexis was a great host! Very informative and easy to communicate with. She gave clear instructions on finding her home, where to park, and just made my whole experience easy. Beautiful, clean home! Perfect stay for my daughter and I. I would definitely recommend staying with Alexis!

Edward was a terrific host. His place is exceptional, pristine, beautiful view of the mountains and awesome location. It is private yet walkable to almost everything or a short lyft/uber ride. The staff is beyond courteous, kind and helpful. I felt like I was at home and did not want to leave. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend Edward's place at the Palm Place. I would give it 6 out of 5 stars if I could. :)

We had an incredible stay at Luis’s studio apartment at the MGM Signature (Tower One). From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The unit was absolutely spotless—clearly well cared for—and it immediately felt like a home away from home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and two guests from our party stayed on the sofa bed, which they also found very cozy and supportive. It's rare to find a place where every sleeping arrangement is equally comfortable, but this one nailed it. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the Strip but still quiet enough to relax and unwind when needed. Luis was outstanding as a host: communicative, responsive, and attentive to every question and request, no matter how small. I wouldn’t recommend staying anywhere else on the Strip. If you're looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a host who truly cares, this is the place. I’m definitely coming back! Thanks Luis!

I 100% Recommend the location is perfect you can literally get to the strip in 2 minutes park at a casino and walk down Las Vegas blvd! We will definitely be going back!

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich 6 Sterne geben! Es ist kaum in Worte zu fassen, was für ein toller, freundlicher und fürsorglicher Gastgeber Calvin ist. Er hat alles so toll für uns vorbereitet, dass wir uns sofort wie zuhause fühlten und unseren Urlaub von der ersten Sekunde an genießen konnten. Calvin war auch jederzeit zu erreichen und war extrem hilfsbereit, als wir ein kleines Problem hatten. Diese Unterkunft und Calvin als Gastgeber setzen neue Maßstäbe! Vielen Dank!

Great place, close to many great spots

Lissie has been an amazing host. As this was my first time booking an Airbnb, she truly set the bar high. Her home is beautiful and totally worth it. I can’t begin to express my gratitude for her flexibility and attentiveness. She made us feel right at home and was clear with the rules and expectations, which is greatly appreciated. Great condo , great location away from the strip, we loved the pool and the views from the balcony was beautiful, Mario was very responsive and everything was as described, this is my new place to go know :) thanks again

I loved that it was a gated community, so my car and belongings felt safe. Loved the location, especially if you have a vehicle. Jenny was very responsive. I wouldn’t recommend this for more than 2 adults and 1 small child (baby or young enough to sleep on a small sofa). But, for the price and two people, the location and everything was perfect. Highly, highly recommend.
