House vacation rentals in Nye Beach

The Sea View House was perfect for our small group. We were looking for a serene home near the coast that fit our budget and left us wanting for nothing. We found that in Nikki's place. She was great about addressing anything we needed promptly. The fact they were dog-friendly was important to us, and the living room and bedroom setups were spacious so that there was plenty of space for the dog beds and kennels on the floors. The neighbors were friendly and the walk down to the beach was so easy and close we went several times a day. The water spigot out front made it easy to rinse sand off each time we returned. Our friend who slept on the softa bed said it was comfortable and he got lots of much needed sleep. The other beds were also comfortable as well. We also appreciated the blinds in each room and all the little extras, like the bath salts and toiletries. Love to come back!

Our stay at Matthew’s was lovely. Olivia beach is a great area and we had a great time hiking God’s thumb!

Debbe's house was amazing. the beds were very comfortable. everyone had a television in their own room. she had absolutely everything you'd need. would highly recommend.

A super cute cabin with great location -- just right off 101. If you like shopping, you could walk to the outlets! Also a very short walk down to the beach. The loft was really fun and it was really cozy. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!!

Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, great hosts, very responsive but not at all intrusive. Perfect space for children to play in the backyard sand without having to go to the beach (the backyard practically is the beach). We had two families. And because most of the children were girls it was perfect to have all the girls downstairs and the few boys chose to sleep on the porch on cots instead of in the living room. Highly recommend. I hope we can go back!

I can't express how much we enjoyed the location of the house. Watching the tides come in and out, spotting an otter and a seal, plus catching a few sunsets are just the start. Easy access to wonderful hikes in less with less than 20 minutes of driving. Easy walk into town as well, probably 1-1/2 miles but along the coast and so enjoyable. The location can't be beat!

To be clear, there are less expensive places to stay, but the house was really nice, well appointed, and the view was pretty special. It really doesn’t get any better since you’re right on the beach, and the cost was consistent with that benefit. For us, we were looking for special and this place totally nailed it. Perfect!!

This was an awesome stay. The beautiful beach is right out the back door, the interior was spacious and had plenty of amenities, and check-in/out was smooth and painless.

This place was super cute with lots of amenities. I found the bed to be very comfortable compared to many of my other traveling experiences. We loved the hot tub and fire pit. We didn’t use the sauna but it looked very nice. Great use of the indoor and outdoor space. I was so happy that I could hear the ocean with the windows open. It was pretty obvious to me why this awesome space is frequently not available!

Cozy beach house with a beautiful location for exploring and relaxing with the hot tub/ views. We enjoyed being close to both Newport and Depoe Bay for restaurants, hiking and the aquarium. Thanks Debbie!

We had such a great stay! Liz was very friendly and accommodating, if I needed anything I’m sure she would have responded timely. Luckily though, we didn’t need to contact her while we were there. I really appreciated the clear instructions on how to use the amenities and the short walk to the beach was great! Our family really enjoyed the house. Will definitely be back. ☺️

We absolutely loved our stay in Seal Rock! This place had a very nice kitchen and a lovely living room with large windows with great views. We could even get a glimpse of the ocean! The hot tub was so nice and we used it every day. We didn't get a chance to use the tiki bar outside, but it was very cute. We liked walking around the back patio and yard area which was very beautiful. It's also a short walk to the beach and a nearby seafood restaurant. We didn't get to visit the nearby pastry shop, but it is convenient to have it close by. This is one of the best places we've stayed along the central Oregon Coast, and we hope to stay again in the future!

We loved our stay and will hopefully be able to do it again, perfect location and the cleanest airbnb yet in my experiences since 2012. The only problem is the heater in the bathroom does not work, as it is missing a control and that might need fixin' so just fyi, we have no real complaints; only bliss.

One of a kind coastal rental with walkable beaches at our fingertips! Slept well because the mattress was perfect. And for you ping pong lovers you will love the quality ping pong table and paddles. We played every single day!

The house was a very homey, cozy beach house. It was clean and very organized. It had what we needed to prepare foods, enjoy the beach and events. I will note that the third bedroom would work really well for older kids or teens not really small children. They also had everything needed to bring a dog! That was really impressive. We give it a thumbs up and would stay again!

Wonderful place to stay! The pictures do not do it justice-- so many little touches throughout that make you feel at home. The view is incredible and we loved just sitting on the deck and enjoying the ocean. The location is perfect-- private, quick walk to the beach, and an easy drive into town. Lisa's place had the most well stocked kitchen of any Airbnb I've stayed at! It was obvious that this is a well loved home and we felt lucky to get a chance to stay here. We'll definitely be back!

We had an amazing visit with our family of five. The house was immaculate with an amazing setting and view. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. Just minutes from Pacific City, beaches and hiking. The kitchen was well stocked - I was able to make a Thanksgiving dinner without needing to buy a single dish or gadget. We loved waking up every morning with our coffee watching the birds over the water. Can't wait to come back!

We loved our stay here! The house was walkable to everything we wanted to do, but on a quiet street and very peaceful. Incredible natural lighting and very comfortable inside. We enjoyed both porches as well. Perfect spot for adventuring and/or just relaxing. Highly recommend!!

Another reviewer recently noted that the combination lock is troublesome. When we first arrived, it took about 20 minutes for my partner and I to get the numbers entered correctly (code is 10 digits and, until you practice and succeed a few time, it seems easy to hit the numbers incorrectly). My partner managed to get pretty good (after a couple tries) at unlocking the door, and I finally got good at it after a couple nights staying in this lovely place. We tried to make a game of it, but it heightens stress when vacationing - "Will we be locked out?!" Other than that, the cottage is completely updated and lovely - perfect for one or two people. It was difficult to figure out the radiant wall heaters (never did) but the gas stove warms up the whole place well. Would recommend having a floor or table lamp in the front room to have cozier lighting while watching movies in the evening. The walkability to the beach, cafes, and other amenities is wonderful!
