The apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed of 140 x 200, living room with open kitchen solution, hallway and bathroom. It is idyllically located by Akerselva in Nydalen. All amenities in the immediate vicinity and lovely green space just outside the door. Three minutes to go to subway that goes downtown in 10 minutes. Shopping center is in 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment, where you will find, among other things, a grocery store, pharmacy and Wine Monopoly. Walkway straight into Nordmarka and down to Oslo city centre from the apartment.

A private balcony features wooden decking and modern seating arrangements. Two cushioned chairs face a small concrete table. Decorative elements include potted greenery. The balcony is enclosed with perforated panels, offering a sense of privacy while overlooking adjacent buildings.

Cheerful and central at Bjølsen

Welcome to this cozy and modern apartment at Bjølsen. Here you live close to the Akerselva river and great nature, with the large park Voldsløkka right outside the door. The same is several grocery stores and bus connections to the city center (takes about 20 min.) and to Maridalen and Marka with lovely hiking areas. The apartment is newly renovated and has an open living/kitchen area. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a single bed that can be pulled out to a double bed. Spacious and private balcony.

The apartment is centrally located and secluded on the 4th floor next to the Storo center. Short distance to public transport and city amenities. The stay includes apartment and shared rooftop terrace. Garage space in closed garage with charger for electric car is also included. Double bed in bedroom plus guest bed that can be laid out in living room. The apartment is also used as a residence by me and therefore contains clothes etc. Make no noise by 11 pm in the building. Partying and smoking indoors is not allowed.

This is such a wonderful flat! Perfect location with really good transport links and the flat was beautiful! I loved the roof terrace and everything was meticulously cared for. It was such a lovely space to be in, I just wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely be back!

Greger was incredibly nice, helpful and had good communication. The apartment was very nice with fantastic views from the roof terrace, and a very central location. Easy to get to the city. Would highly recommend!☺️

We had a lovely stay at Eivind’s apartment! Everything was clean and tidy, right next to a metro station, and there was a grocery store in the neighboring apartment building. It was a bit warm at night, but that’s no fault of the host. We were able to manage and there is a fan that works very well. The metro and a daycare were right next to the building but it didn’t bother us at all. Getting in and out of the garage if you have a car with you can be a bit tricky but our host was really responsive. Also a note that the curtains in the living area aren’t able to fully cover the windows (beautiful view and big windows, so it’s understandable) - so if that level of privacy is important to you, keep it in mind. Overall, super clean and nice apartment with lots of room. Great affordable place with a quick transit into the city center in under 20 min!

I had three great days in Helena's apartment. It was absolutely perfect. Had everything I needed, it was clean and nice. Cozy with welcome drinks and snacks. I especially liked the possibility of late check-out😊👌
