This is truly a one of a kind villa- perfect for long term stays as the rare feature of uninterrupted solar electricity is a luxury in Zanzibar. Arnaud is a kind stalwart host, ready to attend to the villa at anytime. Anne is superb at sweet efficient communication. They really know how to make you feel at home. The 24 hour Maasi attendant and 3 cool dogs ensure a safe stay. The villa is situated perfectly between Kendwa and Nungwi beaches, two pristine beaches which can be reached in a short walk or ride. Grocery stores are a quick walk as well. Barakana restaurant delivery has plenty of yummy menu choices. The villa is perfectly equipped with spacious rooms and ample shelving. The bathrooms are fantastic! Extra large showers with hot water and Kardashian luxury disappearing sinks- allowing space for an entire family's toiletries. The rooftop pool penthouse lounge is marvelous, offerring panoramic sunrises and sunsets and exquisite star filled nights under the African sky.

Me and my friends had such an amazing experience as our first time in zanzibar and staying at the waterfront staycation. The host Mundhir was the best!! He was so helpful and responsive and gave us everything we needed. His staff was amazing as well, the cook and our breakfast meals were always something to look forward to! From groceries and ordering food to even providing shisha and a trusted driver James! The accomodation was very comfortable and spacious and the pool was great. The only to keep in mind is that the area is secluded from the city but great for a relaxing staycation. Thank you so much to Mundhir and the team, wonderful experience and 10/10 would highly recommend!

Amazing place, amazing service. Better than even described.

The place was absolutely amazing. Beautiful bungalow, on the beach, awesome bar staff very attentive and great service, great breakfast and food. We would love to return! Very clean bungalow and bar too, nice wildlife everywhere and not touristic and excellent for chilling. Landa the dog and puppy super cute. A massive effort spent on making the place beautiful for guests all day long was clear to see :) You will need a 4x4 to get here, but won’t want to leave!
