The host has managed to make the place really pretty and pleasing. The interior ideas are just beautiful. The colour co-ord and setting 🤌 The restroom was neat and squeaky clean. There is a balcony which provides a nice view day or night. The check in, check out are real easy. The location is very peaceful, quite, easy to find. The host was always responsive even before I booked the place. The stay was worth it :) I will definitely visit again

A lovely host who makes you feel right at home,even buying some groceries for you to have. The apartment is spotlessly clean and so well furnished with quality appliances and utensils that you can use. Bedding, towels actually the works are of extremely high standards. The apartment is absolutely beautiful,airy and bright and lovely terrace as well. Definitely one of the best hosts and places to stay. Absolutely recommended.

My stay at Suja's place was certainly a pleasant experience. The check in moment was excellent. The caretaker was kind enough to help me with my luggage and ensured I was comfortably settled. The house was more like a home away from home. The ambience was very calm and serene- absolutely no disturbance. It had an antique touch! All the doors and windows have the wire mesh to prevent entry of mosquitoes. Well secured! - that was my top priority! Though it was only a private room that I booked, I had access to the hall/ dining and the studio room. It gave me a very homely feeling. The hall/ dining is well furnished. The studio room was well furnished - an ideal work place. I enjoyed doing my work on my laptop - sipping my coffee!! 😃 The kitchen had all the basic utensils- to do simple cooking. There was a convenience store just 100metres away- I enjoyed taking a walk to buy some stuff. There is also a pharmacy close by- they would do home delivery in case you prefer staying indoors. Despite the area having many multicuisine restaurants close by, I preferred ordering from zomato- due to the pandemic situation. Within 30 minutes you get your food at your doorstep. The AC/water heater was perfect. There was no water shortage or current cuts duringy stay. Any issues - caretaker would be there anytime. However I didn't face any issues! I would absolutely recommend this place for the following reasons : safety, cleaniness, affordability and accessibility. It is an ideal place for all types of travelers. We had a fantastic stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. And the pool was very clean! The caretaker was also very helpful and accommodating. Overall it was a perfect stay for our family.

Partha's place is clean and well planned. It is simple and tasteful. Not extra clutter. I had requested them to put hooks in the bedroom to hang clothes, and it was fulfilled immediately. Partha and Amith, both were always available on calls or messages. Always responsive. They helped me by suggesting good stores and services for my requirements. Terrace is a good place to sound the evenings and enjoy cool breeze. And, A BEAUTIFUL BEACH IS JUST A 10 MINS WALK!

Overall, a good stay. The house is clean and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and quickly arranged fans when needed. Early check-in was also possible, which was helpful. At night, some dogs are around, but not a big issue unless you arrive late night, as it might be slightly uncomfortable. There was a minor water issue one night, but otherwise, everything was fine. Appreciate the host’s prompt support.
