Beachfront vacation rentals in Nueva Esparta

First time we visited the island, we went for 7 days and we stayed 10, that means we liked it a lot, that apartment on the 9th floor has a desired view, the elevator is available 24/7, the pool is spectacular, the electricity doesn't go out; walking you can reach the beach and restaurants in 3 min, by the way that Pampatar bay has nothing to envy to the island by car, "you can snorkel, ride a jet ski, banana, fish, find fresh fish on the beach for 1 and 2.5$ per kilo, a good large lobster 10$"... Andrea's service was excellent, very helpful and kind, the apartment lacked nothing, she helped us with the issue of tourist packages and transfer on the island, really 100% recommended 👏🎉🎊 Thank you for everything.

This Airbnb was the perfect choice for us. It was big enough to fit up to 6 people and we had the most beautiful views in our precious island❤️ the most flexible and helpful host ever! This apartment was amazing. Even when we decided to change the dates at the last minute, he helped us with no problems. 100% recommend it!!!

Beautiful accommodation, an apartment in impeccable condition and with absolutely everything working perfectly. Everything clean, well equipped kitchen, bathrooms conditioned with towels (for beach and for fresh water, excellent detail), soap, toilet paper, in short, everything is super good. Liliana is a hostess available 24/7 and has her two collaborators, Nerys and Jorge, who are the most charming and willing people in the world. Highly recommend the place to the entire Airbnb community.

Excellent stay in Porlamar, it has a pool and beach. The building is quiet and clean. The apartment is just like the photos, the bathrooms impeccable, the view is beautiful and relaxing, it is equipped with all the cooking utensils, it has water tanks so it always has water. It has TV, WiFi. Everything is excellent. Except the pillows a little high and the mattress a little hard for being orthopedic, take your precautions. Everything else is very good and they are both very friendly, very detailed with information. I'd go again!

Apartment with large space and spectacular views for a pleasant stay in Pampatar.

Mrs. Ana is a super helpful, friendly person, if anything is needed, she responds promptly and resolves the need. The bed is super comfortable, balcony with a beautiful view, air conditioning that perfectly cools the place, practical kitchen utensils. The place is centrally located and close to places and beaches in Porlamar, such as Concorde beach, Guacuco, Pampatar bay, the gastronomic area of Playa el Ángel, etc. Very happy to be there. I highly recommend it

Excellent accommodation… much better than the photos. On my next trip to Margarita, it will be my place to stay. Very accessible to get to know Margarita. Anyer was the one who received us and was always attentive to any questions or help we needed. And Luis was very attentive too.

The house is beautiful, the service is amazing. The only thing to take into account is that Playa El Agua is far from the city of the C.C. so if you have plans to go out and explore, you have to take that into account, and have a car. But to spend days at the beach and relaxing, it's perfect.

Excellent accommodation, one of the best we have stayed in on Margarita Island, ideal for a family vacation, Cimarrón Suites is the best complex in Margarita for me, because of the Parguito beach in front without any roads that interrupt the access, you go down the stairs of the complex and you are already on the beach, it is unique, the best for me, the security is incredible, being without worries of anything, the staff are super friendly and attentive, waking up with the sea view is priceless, the price is super competitive, if you are looking for an excellent place at a good price on the Island do not hesitate, this option is not to be missed, Mrs. Marlen the host was super friendly and helpful at all times, smooth communication, until next time and hoping if God does not allow them to return at some point, cordial greetings

Amazing place to stay!

Our stay was excellent. Olga is a very friendly and helpful host. The accommodation was impeccable, with a spectacular ocean view, in a very quiet area and a few minutes walk from the best restaurants in the area. Definitely an experience to repeat.
