Gelegen aan de rand van het bos in Gerwen ( Nuenen) een woonboerderij met op de bovenverdieping een zeer groot, volledig ingericht luxe appartement (90 m2), die u via een eigen opgang kunt bereiken. De woonruimte is voorzien van een airco. De aparte slaapkamer heeft een bedstee met boxspring (2.10x1.80m). Parkeren op eigen terrein en mogelijkheid om fietsen veilig te stallen. Nuenen en Eindhoven zijn vlak bij. Prima geschikt voor langer verblijf. Toeristenbelasting €2,40 p.p.p.n. inbegrepen.

´t Achterommetje

´t Achterommetje is zeer ruim en rustig gelegen. De woning is praktisch en toch huiselijk ingericht. Buiten zijn er twee terrassen, een in de zon en een in de schaduw. Er is veel privé door een natuurlijke aanleg van de tuin. De benedenverdieping is voorzien van vloerverwarming, kookgelegenheid, wasruimte en toilet. Ook is er een grote inbouwkast voor eventueel koffers, jassen, schoenen en tassen. Op de eerste verdieping is een slaapkamer met dubbele wastafel, doucheruimte en aparte toilet.

A shaded outdoor seating area features a combination of comfortable couches and armchairs. The modern furniture is placed on a stone patio, overlooking a green field and surrounding hedges, creating an inviting space for relaxation.

Fantastisch voor vakantie in eigen land, te werken of even helemaal tot rust te komen! Mijn woning met parkeerplaats is van alle gemakken voorzien en bevindt zich in een natuurrijke omgeving! Dichtbij Eindhoven, Son&Breugel en Nuenen met winkels, restaurants en Vincent Van Gogh's museum en tours. Met een volledig ingerichte keuken, woonkamer met houtkachel, gratis WiFi, badkamer en slaapkamer met kingsize boxspring en openslaande deuren naar het ruime terras met uitzicht over het Dommeldal.

Ik vond het verblijf zeer comfortabel, alleen geweldig heb ik het niet gezien in de verdikking die camera's in het gebouw heeft... Ik raad het heel goed aan.
