Casa By he Sea was exactly as Yvonne described. Easily walkable to the beach, the private pool was very clean and well kept, with plenty of chairs for poolside lounging. Even though the weather created some internet outages, Yvonne was quick to respond with solutions. Plentiful parking for each unit, and plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. The only items I did not like was the small size of the kitchen sink (no dishwasher, so dishes had to be hand washed), and the stovetop burners were a little challenging. But overall our experience was very enjoyable, and we would definitely use again and recommend to others.

We loved our stay! The place is spacious with great amenities. Plenty of room for our party of 6. Surprised to find beach towels available, as well as plenty of gear to take to the beach. The kayaks were great! A bit of a trip to get them from garage to water, requiring 2 people, so be prepared and take your time maneuvering. Fabulous location! The canal is pleasant, with a constant breeze on the deck to help keep the mosquitoes away. Our kids even jumped in! One note: we’d suggest water shoes to climb the dock ladder. It had some barnacles. Beaches are about 5-7 minutes away. Shops and restaurants all around. About 1/4 mile away across the canal was a venue with live music on the weekend. The band could be heard from the dock and was pretty good! Not loud enough to hear inside. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Home is beautiful. Other reviews did not like the downstairs mattresses but we found it very comfortable. Home was well stocked and had everything we needed. Only negative we had was WiFi was not working during our reservation but the vasa team worked with us for a resolution.

Great place to stay! Everyone in our group loved the space and how relaxing it was! Plan to be back again next year!

Place was clean and perfect for our family. Enjoyed the games provided and the location has a nice pool, also very close to the beach.

When it says well stocked it was well stocked! Kitchen had anything you could dream of. Lots of paper goods, coffees, teas, creamers, condiments. Everything was organized and neatly labeled. Even had free sunglasses and tar remover. Bathrooms were the same. Anything you could possibly need organized and labeled. Lots of towels. Really loved the downstairs fridge. Didn’t have to lug things for beach upstairs to keep cold. There was anything you could possibly need for beach including a pop up. Unfortunately we lugged everything from home so hopefully you read this before you pack😎 Beautiful pool, although we were too worn out from beach to use it. Best place we have stayed in last 7 years. ❤️

Such a cute place! Susan & Tim were SUPER responsive and provided very clear instructions (and lots of suggestions) for the home and surrounding area. The townhouse was clean and comfortable, with lots of light, and was really well stocked. It's just a couple of minutes from one of the beach access points. We didn't make use of it, but the front deck has a lovely view. We had a wonderful long weekend and would absolutely stay again!

We loved the condo! There was lots of sleeping options and very close to all the things we wanted to do. Josh and his co host Kristin were fantastic with communicating with me and making sure that we had everything that we needed. They were also very responsive any time I had a question! The community was great with the pool a short walk away, that my kids could enjoy every night. Also, the condo was nice and cool on arrival and we felt right at home! We are already looking into our next trip! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great stay with our 3 kids! Nice, quiet neighborhood to walk our dog. CVS and Donut Palace within walking distance as well!

The host was great, we had minor issues, which one was our fault, lock the bathroom door from the inside, the host was quick to respond and had it open the same day. I would recommend for anyone to stay there. Easy access to the pool from the room. Which they had more parking space closer to the room. The have space closer to the room but it first come first . But overall my family had a great time. Especially the golf cart usage. Thank you guys for the stay.

Great weekend getaway vacation for my family. Love the space and layout of the house. Sort drive to all restaurants and beach. Host responded fast to all questions. Will be planning another trip here soon!

Very spacious townhome for our family of 6. Plenty of room for all and extra bathrooms were great! Beach was just a short 10-minute walk and pool was great place to relax as well. Host was very responsive from pre-check-in questions, to check out. We would stay here again.

Loved it here. Erika was so quick to respond and really sweet. Definitely recommend staying here. It’s located in between great beaches and fun places to go. It was perfect for our little getaway.

The Blue Crab was a great place for our vacation with my grandkids and our dogs. Kitchen provided all the things we needed to cook our meals. Plenty of towels to include pool/beach towels. The outdoor space was great & bin with beach items was a blessing. The location had a pool & playground. Easy to walk to restaurants & a short drive to Whitecap beach. I recommend the Blue Crab for a wonderful place to stay.

Beach was nearby and walkable. Ample space for 5 adults and 5 children from teen to toddler. Had an outside area to wash sand off that came in handy. Host was thoughtful and pleasant. We received quick communication whenever we needed information. We all had a great time!

My family and I stayed for a weekend 06/06/2025 - 06/08/2025. We really enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and clean. The space inside was just enough for all 9 of us. They do have a pool. I will say that is on the smaller side but it was still ok. They were quick to respond if I had any questions. They were very nice and friendly. This place isn't far from the beach about a good block away. We drove it because we had our canopies, chairs, and ice chest etc. It is with-in walking distance. There is a gift / souvenir shop and a convenience store within walking distance. It took about 2-3 minutes to walk it. This is very convenient. I highly recommend.

We had such a great stay at Mark and Diane’s place! The house was super clean, comfy, and exactly as described (maybe even better in person). It had everything we needed and felt really welcoming from the start. Mark and Diane were easy to communicate with and made sure we had a smooth check-in and all the info we needed. You can tell they care about their guests. The location was perfect for us—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Took the grandkids to the beach for their very first time. They loved all the games, swimming pool, play area and of course the beach. They did argue a little over who got to sleep on top bunk, they agreed on switching out, one on top one night and then the other. We loved staying here, very clean, 2 parking spots right by front of door. Washer and dryer in unit was really helpful. Host always answered our questions within minutes. Thank you for the perfect vacation.

The directions sent us to the neighboring house, but Rolando was very quick to help us. The hot water was minimal especially in the master bathroom but other than that it was a super cute stay! Very beachy vibes, clean, & well taken care of! Comfy beds and great living room area to relax after the beach!

My family comes to Corpus/Port A every summer and this spot was a favorite, perfectly in between corpus/port a. Host was fast to response and recommended us new things to do ❤️

We had such a wonderful stay at the Free Birds Condo. The condo was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with a fun beach vibe—it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect—just a quick drive to the beach and close to great shops and restaurants, yet still peaceful and quiet. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Port A!
