In the Rennes/Fougères/Vitré triangle (about 20 minutes from each city),we welcome you to our authentic 55 m2 cottage,you will access through a small garden with a 15 m2 terrace. You will enter through the fitted kitchen,then in the living area with fireplace. Upstairs you will find one bedroom with two beds and one shower room with toilet. Enjoy the calm of the countryside with the services of a village in direct access. The accommodation is located behind our main residence.

Come and discover Chateaugiron, spending a weekend or more. Accommodation for up to 6 people. With a surface area of 68 m2, with: - On the ground floor: a living room, dining room and equipped kitchen The property has a pellet stove that we manage remotely. - Upstairs: separate toilet, shower room, 2 bedrooms: one 13 m2 with 2 single 90 beds that can be joined as a double bed. and the other 17 m2 with 1 bed 140 + 2 single beds 90. - Outside: 15 m2 terrace. No smoking.

The apartment is 3 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the historic center. A west facing balcony that sleeps two or three people opens onto the street. The quiet room overlooks a courtyard. There is no vis-a-vis. Plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes, and cultural venues nearby. The decoration is contemporary with older objects usually heathered. Apart from the bedroom and enclosed bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and dining area form the same space.
