Osada Mosorny Groń is a year-round facility of houses located in Zawoja. It offers accommodation in modern cottages with a full glass wall in the living room, panoramic views, a fireplace, and a terrace. The houses are equipped with air conditioning and a jacuzzi (additional fee; the jacuzzi is open from 9 AM to 9 PM). Each cottage has its own unique character. The cottage can accommodate 10 people in 3 double bedrooms and one quadruple bedroom in the attic. We have a “no parties” policy at our facility.

Marusina Chalets is a unique, spacious house with an area of 200 m². It is located in Maruszyna in Podhale, a dozen or so minutes by car from Zakopane and Białka Tatrzańska. The house combines traditional highlander style inspired by the Zakopane architecture of Stanisław Witkiewicz with modern comfort. The villa offers four comfortable bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a freestanding bathtub overlooking the Tatra Mountains and can accommodate up to 16 people.

Welcome to Jaworki Green Dream! At present, we have 1 villa with an area of over 110m2, with a heated outdoor pool, sauna and fireplace. The building is rented in its entirety and is intended for a maximum of 7 people (including children). The house is fully furnished and equipped, heated with an anti-allergic infrared system. The utility water in the building and the pool is natural deep water. On the pool terrace, we provide sun loungers, tables and umbrellas.

Our luxury mountain style villa is located around 16km from Zakopane and 12 km from Bialka Tatrzanska - the biggest ski resort in Poland. The villa has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, private sauna. Also a large living room with fireplace , dinning room and fully equipped kitchen. The villa is gas heated and has floor heating. Outside in the garden you can use a private jacuzzi. During summer season there are 2 heated pools in the garden.

A sunny, 400-meter villa nestled into the southern slopes of the Pieniny Mountains, located between the town center and the Dunajec River gorge. Spacious 2-room apartment featuring 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies offering beautiful views, a large living room with a terrace, a kitchen, two kitchenettes, and a sauna. In January 2026, we did a small renovation inside and expanded the garden.
