The property is located in a building on the premises of the Lemon&Spa Resort on a peninsula surrounded by Lake Rożnow. There is a restaurant, bowling alley and billiards on site. Guests can relax in the Spa (swimming pools, saunas, graduation tower) or rent a bike or boat. We do not book stays by phone!

The house is located in a very quiet place on the hill with a beautiful view from the terrace and balcony. A great place to relax and as a base in winter and summer. Dogs are welcome. The Rożnowskie Lake and tourist trails are nearby. The center of the village is 2.5 km. You can drive a car but also walk along a scenic route. There are fields, meadows and forests in the neighborhood of the house. The place is unusual and attractive, full of charm. I cordially invite you.
