Vacation rentals with a patio in Nowon-gu

Had a great stay throughout our stay in Seoul! We extended our trip and the host kindly assisted us with extending our stay at his place. Both of the hosts are very kind, friendly and replies to our enquiries promptly. The place was very clean, aesthetic & comfortable. The check in process was very smooth as well. Convenient location with a convenience store, coffee shop, Olive Young & well connected to public transport as well! Will definitely come back & stay at his place again. Highly recommended! 😊

Our first time in Seoul, and stayed at Mapo-gu, especially at Phillip & Peter's is really the best decision. Really love the neighborhood, close to Mangwon market and Hongdae, not too far from all the must see, but far enough from all the hectic. If you like to run/walk, this will be a great choice as well. At first we only planned to run towards the Han river, which was a very nice run, but then Peter recommended us to run along the stream nearby toward Hongjecheon waterfalls, absolutely great track with magnificent view in the end 🥰 You can continue with a hike to Mount Ansan afterwards, incredible birdview of Seoul with beginner friendly track. Would love to stay here again if we come back to Seoul!

You can't beat the location! I sprained my ankle a couple days prior and having everything in close proximity made it so much easier to go out to eat and shop. We had a small issue with the pillows but Paul resolved that within 24 hours. We would definitely consider staying again if we were to go back to the same area. Thank you!

대가족 서울여행으로 정한 숙소인데 호스트님 친절하시고 숙고 컨디션이 굉장히 마음에 들었습니다. 주차 편리하고 주변환경 조용하고 너무 잘 지내다 왔습니다 다음에 기회가 된다면 또 이용하고 싶습니다.

The apartment was perfect for three adults. Roomy, very clean and well appointed. And there was a thriving, lively shopping and restaurant district steps from the unit. Plus, the green circle line subway, which we used every day, was less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is the area is a bit noisy at night because of all the young people out partying until the morning hours. Still, none of us had problems sleeping. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

Woohee’s apartment was a great for my husband and I during our 4 day trip to Seoul. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet which was great to unwind after long days of site seeing and shopping. Also, lots of space and drawers for storage. Woohee & Erin were able to accommodate with self check in since our flight came in later in the evening. Again, they provided really clear instructions on how to access the apartment and videos on how to turn on the AC & fan since the remotes are all in Korean. Having the washer and dryer in the apartment was also a great feature. Apartment is walkable to a lot of nearby restaurants & metro stations. Several bus lines also stop in front of the building, including the airport limousine shuttle bus, so no lugging suitcases to and from train stations to the airport. Overall, amazing stay.

The space is just right. Location is good too, very near subway. We were pleasantly surprised with the basket of goodies. We ate, drink and watch Netflix on that mobile TV. That was how comfortable we were.

Gaya, very much thank you for the perfect korea holiday as he was so helpful on everything. Transport, Food, deliveries, places. you name it he got it. Moon was a very very perfect tour guide as well, friendly, helpful, making sure everyone was looked after. If anyone travelling to Korea, just look for gaya or Coze group and you will have a hassle free holiday despite having elders or babies. Very much highly recommended to stay with Coze vacation rentals.

I had an amazing stay in Korea, all thanks to Jun and Sue! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel right at home with their warm hospitality and thoughtful touches. They were always helpful—whether it was providing local tips or just checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. One of the highlights was the lovely selection of local snacks they prepared for me, which made the experience feel even more personal and special. Their place was cozy, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the area. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Korea,Seoul! I will sure to visit you guys again !

The location was clean and close to the river and station. It made for easy transportation and enjoyable walks. Bella was very kind and hospitable. She was very responsive and helpful.

Colliv Yeonnam’s place was perfect! The rooms were spacious and clean, as well as the bathrooms. The common space on the ground floor has complete amenities for guests, the laundry and dryer helped us really well with our used clothing. The place is also very convenient, near restaurants and stores, near train and bus stations, and taxi stops. The place is also quiet, so we always had a good rest during our downtime in the unit. Highly recommend this place for your South Korea stay!

Perfect Home & Host! We had an absolutely fantastic 5-day stay in Seoul, thanks to our amazing host and her lovely home! The house was charming, cozy, and situated in a great area - quiet enough to relax yet surrounded by fantastic restaurants, cafes, and shops. The location couldn’t have been better! What truly made our trip special was our host’s kindness and hospitality. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even giving us a tour of the neighborhood and offering great recommendations. Her warmth and attentiveness ensured we had an incredible time in Seoul. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

It’s a beautiful house, that you can actually live in with all the amenities provided! Nice design touches, especially the bookshelf, and view. Given it wasn’t our first time in Seoul, we didn’t mind a less central location — please don’t dismiss the uphills around the neighbourhood, on hot days they can be very challenging!

Fantastisch verblijf in authentiek Hanok huis in Seoul Ons verblijf in dit Hanok huis was een geweldige ervaring! De locatie is ideaal: rustig gelegen in een charmante, authentieke buurt met een fijne sfeer, en toch op loopafstand van metro lijnen 1, 2, 6 en een bushalte Ook Korea University ligt dichtbij, wat het verblijf extra levendig maakt. Het huis zelf is schoon, volledig uitgerust en goed onderhouden. De traditionele stijl is gedeeltelijk bewaard gebleven, met moderne gemakken die het verblijf zeer comfortabel maken. De binnenplaats was een grote plus – een heerlijke plek om buiten te eten of gewoon even te ontspannen. De verhuurder verdient een speciale vermelding. Hij/zij dacht ontzettend goed mee, reageerde razendsnel en altijd met veel hartelijkheid. We mochten zelfs onze bagage tijdelijk opslaan tijdens een uitstapje elders – echt een fijne service! Wij zouden hier zonder twijfel weer willen verblijven bij een volgend bezoek aan Seoul.

Host is kind and responsive despite us having lots of question. The area is peaceful and have lots of small food eatery. We had enjoyed our stay here as a group and if we were to come back again, we will consider this again!

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.

房子非常好，设施齐全，和在家里一样舒服。空间非常宽敞，孩子们可以跑来跑去的玩耍，不远的地方就是一个大超市，医院药店便利店非常多，交通在门口几步路就是公交，然后是地铁可以去任何地方。房东非常热心，帮我打印资料等方面，非常开心住进这个房屋，你们不会失望
