A detached, year-round cottage, located at Nogata in Kępiny Wielkie 18D. The 2500 sqm property is fenced and beautifully landscaped. The cottage has a spacious living room and a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower, a toilet and a bidet, two separate bedrooms located on the first floor. The house has 3 independent air conditioners with the option of cooling the house as well as heating it in winter, 3 smart TVs with terrestrial TV and Wi-Fi with fast internet.

We offer a wooden cottage, a wood-fired sauna, a garden hot tub with hydromassage and an apitherapy house. Lelkowo is located near the Green Velo bicycle trail, which attracts lovers of active cycling recreation. While traversing these routes, you can admire the picturesque landscapes, learn about the local flora and fauna, and discover traces of history.

The apartments offer comfortable conditions for your stay. Each is fully equipped with internet, a workstation, smartTV, coffee maker, and air conditioning. Each chair, armchair, and headboard were made or restored by the owners themselves. There is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds that can be connected.

We rent out a whole wooden year-round house from 2015. Ground floor: 2 rooms, living room with TV, kitchen, dining area and exit to a large wooden terrace. There is a shared bathroom on the ground floor. Attic: a bedroom with a balcony and two rooms, including one with a balcony and a shared spacious bathroom. The rooms have double beds, bed linen and towels. Kitchen with dishwasher, stove, fridge, toaster. Bathrooms are equipped with towels, a hairdryer, and a shower.

Home in Wolnica – Large home

Duży Dom in Wolnica is a spacious house situated amidst the Warmian forests, perfect for 10–14 people. Guests have access to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an additional toilet, a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace, and a grill. On the property, there is a pond with a dock, a spacious sauna for larger groups (up to 22 people), and a hot tub with hydromassage for up to 8 people. For larger groups, the Small House can also be rented additionally.

Apartament Rybacki

The Rybacki Apartment has its own entrance directly from the garden. It consists of a bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom. It is equipped with garden furniture, a TV, a wardrobe, a refrigerator, a dining table with chairs, free Wi-Fi, an induction stove, and dishes for eating and preparing food. The bedroom has a double bed. It's perfect for a couple. In front of the apartment, there is an outdoor relaxation area with a table, chairs and deck chairs.

It's the perfect place for those looking for beautiful views and closeness to nature. The forest is a few steps from the cottage, and you can walk to the charming Lake Mildzie in about 15 minutes. There is also Lake Wuksniki nearby – one of the deepest lakes in Poland. In the evening, relax in the hot tub and sauna.
