This creates a different microclimate from the high temperatures of the other neighborhoods in the valley. The bedroom and living room have hot and cold air conditioning. No parties are allowed in the apartment and quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. There is no 24-hour concierge, but we have security cameras. If a visitor is seen on the cameras entering and leaving on the next day, an overnight stay will be charged.
