A big shout out and many thanks to Gezim, the ideal communicator - always available and helpful; to Sufje, who always greeted me with a friendly smile, for her diligence in keeping the house always tidy and clean - not to mention her always clean and fresh-smelling towels and the new bed linen that was handed to me without being asked!!
