Beachfront vacation rentals in Novelda

Sonia’s appartement was perfect for our resting holidays. The view is very relaxing, we slept very well, the tunnel to the beach is magic. Restaurants are delicious and a very good bakery is just down the flat with also small supermarkets. There’s everything you need in the flat to make your stay very confortable like if you were at home. Sonia is very welcoming and flexible, we would love to stay again in the flat for a future holiday in Alicante.

It's a lovely area, it's in a residential neighborhood, so you'll meet a lot of locals. It's definitely not an area for people with walking difficulties, but very charming. Marlena and Gøran are very sweet and helpful.

It's a perfect apartment for a plan like ours (a 5-day couples getaway). The beach next door, the tram too, good restaurants and downtown Alicante about 15 minutes away by tram. The apartment is small, but you don't miss anything. Not a single noise at night. Communication with Rubén was excellent, by phone he informed me of everything at the time, and he even took care of booking the taxi to the airport. Perfect stay, we will return for the apartment, the host and the beach that is spectacular

José and Ana are very kind, they are always making sure that everything is going well and they respond very quickly. The location is excellent and everything is as described. I recommend it 100%!!!

We 100% recommend Raquel’s place. We stayed for a month with our dog, and we had everything we needed for a long term stay. As others have mentioned, the view from the condo is amazing and far exceeded our expectations. The complex is very dog friendly. The location is terrific for the local beaches + day trips to Calp, Santa Pola and Elche. We spent several days visiting Alicante for the central market, the castle, restaurants and shopping. Raquel is extremely helpful and responsive. In fact, she went out of her way to help us obtain an EU pet passport for our dog. We definitely hope to return.

Sergio even waited for us until 1:00 am and checked us into the accommodation in person. The reception was super warm, so you feel right at home. For us, it was the nicest place we've ever had. You can tell that there is a lot of love and effort in the Airbnb. Here you can really relax and unwind. There is nothing to complain about! We will be happy to come back. :)

Apartment exactly as described. Spotless and clean. Everything you need for your stay. Was in lovely gated complex with excellent pool and sunbeds. Beach across road,with 4 beach bars! In a quiet neighbourhood with 20 or so bars/ restaurants within 25 mins walk. The bus to Alicante city,Santa Pola,Gran Alicant, Airport just out on road. The host Ruben is just amazing...he meets you at the gate,checks you in,and even took us to the 3 large supermarkets for heavy shopping! We had small problems, and he sorted them out within the hour. This service means a lot that he is available to reach easy. We were so relaxed it was hard to leave, but we will be back for sure. 100% recommend.

Amazing place and view , the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay . The sunrises are gorgeous with a view directly from the bedroom bed. The host is caring and available all the time. The place , price and quality are perfect . The case when reality exceeded expectations . Convenient area in terms of transport links to the center and the airport . Wide beaches and wonderful sand . I would come back here again. I highly recommend !))))

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who received my group and me were super good, friendly and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. And finally, it is great, it deserves a 1000 out of 10

Probably the best location. Sitting on the terrace you are part of the beach, which, compared to the town beach was huge and empty. A short car/bus journey into town. Eva was very attentive and her response time is very good. I cannot recommend this more highly. I will be back.

Really nice apartment and helpful hosts, great stay

The Villa was absolutely perfect for our family stay . We loved the area and views were beautiful. Everyone enjoyed the pool area and we all loved walking down the steps and taking a dip in the sea. Swimming out to the rock which we called the island. The host was very helpful with recommendations and was on hand if we needed to check anything. The villa was bigger than we all expected. It exceeded expectations. Short walk from tram stop so we could get out and about to explore too. My daughter even left a picture for the host saying thank you for letting us stay. 100% recommend. A perfect family holiday where we made lots of lovely memories.

Beautiful accommodation exactly as described in pictures. 5* to Virginia for excellent communication and very friendly, always at hand if you needed anything. We had a 4 year old with Autism with us and the accommodation suited perfectly, great space and very secure so she couldn’t escape. Very close to the beautiful beach and small shop and large supermarket also. If you’re looking for a quiet holiday then this is certainly your place.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful – always ready to assist and made us feel truly welcome. The location is perfect, everything you need is just a short walk away. We were warmly greeted with a bottle of wine upon arrival, which was such a lovely touch. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped – even sunscreen, a sun umbrella, and loungers were provided, which made our stay even more comfortable. A truly great place that I can confidently recommend to anyone!

Absolutely amazing place to stay, very clean. Comfy beds, the pool is just outstanding and the view is unreal. Loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. We will be back at this beautiful property in the future.

Everything was great, Carlos communication was amazing and helpful, he was waiting for me in front of the property show me around the apartment. The apartment is nearby amenities and has plenty or restaurant to go out and eat. View from apartment is amazing with beautiful sunrise also very friendly with dogs. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Aurora's place for a short family break during the Easter half term. The flat was very well located and only a short walk to the beach, Aurora provides beach towels which is super handy. The old town is also a short walk away and Aurora recommended some great restaurants, Nou Manolin is particularly good, so good we went twice. If you go, you have to try the super mouse! The flat itself is immaculate, and 6 of us stayed very comfortably. The flat also has wonderful sea views. I highly recommend Aurora's flat for a great place stay in Alicante.

What can I say, everything was great from our arrival until our departure. We fell in love with el campello, very family-friendly, very quiet, safe, a magnificent view, well located between Alicante and Benidorm, nothing to add, we had a great time and Laurence was an excellent host, very kind, very responsive, I highly recommend for a future 🥰 Fatiha

An immaculate house with everything we needed being available. Well equipped, and very clean. The pool was a little cold, but only because of the time of year. Lots of bars & restaurants in Nueva plaza, and the main square, and Mil Palmeiras around a 30 minute walk away. Palmera Blue responded to all our needs, arranged an early check in. followed up mid holiday, amd even prov9ded a bottle of cava on arrival. a really enjoyable stay.
