Take a 3-minute stroll to the foreshore path for a morning jog along the coast, then relax with a coffee on the plant-strewn patio. Polished floorboards and high ceilings keep things classic, while the monochrome bathroom adds a modern feel. You have a separate entrance and hand sanitizer is provided. The living room and bedroom retain their polished floorboards and high ceilings. The bathroom also retains a heritage style. The galley kitchen has stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and washing machine. There is air-conditioning for cooling and heating. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped so you could make your own meals but there are many nearby restaurants and cafes. The apartment is between Broadway with niche restaurants, cafes, butcher, supermarket plus takeaways and Jetty Rd with its “golden mile of shopping”, restaurants and nightlife. Three minutes to the beach and foreshore path for exercise. You have separate access along a leafy pathway as the apartment is located towards the centre of the property, it is quiet with no street noise. We are always on call if you have a question. The neighbourhood is residential, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. The apartment is within easy reach of a choice of cafes on nearby Broadway and 7 minutes from Jetty Road for other food choices. It is a 3-minute walk to the beach, 7 minutes to Jetty Rd and the tram to the City. The tram leaves frequently from Glenelg to the City. Bus stop is 3 minutes away with buses to City or Marion shopping centre. There is plenty of access to on street parking available.

This place truly is a hidden gem! I’m amazed at how much is packed into such a small space without feeling cramped at all. There are some lovely touches that really enhance the comfort of your stay. Loved staging at Jessie’s place. Felt like home right away. Very clean and a fresh new space. They were responsive and when the hot water cut out, they got a plumber in that night to fix it up for us. Will definitely be back!

This was by far one of our favourite Airbnb's!! We honestly couldn't speak more highly of Hugh's home and Hugh as a host. We travelled to visit family in Adeliade. All elements of the home were super clean, it was spacious, modern, had a beautiful front and backyard. We felt so safe (especially with the electric gate) and right at home. Hugh provided everything you could possibly need for a home away from home, with lots of little appreciated extras. The location was amazing! We walked into Glenelg every day and having a supermarket in walking distance was also very handy. Hugh was extremely approachable and only too happy to help. We also loved the history of Jacklyn's. We loved our stay and highly recommend!
