Explore Amazing Beaches from a Fabulous Glenelg Apartment

The location of this unit is perfect . To just step out the front door and straight onto the white sandy beach is fantastic. My unit has all the modern equipment required for an enjoyable & comfortable stay. I'm available 24/7 for any queries or issues . Amenities for young children can be organised so please contact me as I do have suitable furniture that can be arranged. eg ( cot or single bed and children's toys ) The unit is equipped with a Smart TV , wifi and unlimited Netflix. The unit can be accessed from both entrances off Kent Street. Please be mindful of the neighbours with the noise levels. I'm Available 24/7 for any queries or issues. The apartment is in Glenelg, which is famous for its beaches. It has an abundance of cafes, shops, pubs, and a great children’s playground. It’s an 8-minute walk to the jetty. The Glenelg tram goes directly to Adelaide CBD. Glenelg has plenty of public transport available. The Glenelg Tram can take you directly to Adelaide CBD. It leaves at regular intervals from Moseley Square which is 8mins walk from the unit.The Adelaide Metro buses leave from the stop in Moseley Street at the end of the Street. The Adelaide CBD is approx. 11.5kms away & the Airport is just 9km away. Glenelg, known for it's famous beaches but also has amazing walking and bike paths along the foreshore. If you like a bit of adventure you can ride to the north and explore Henley beach. To the south is Brighton beach which is also well known for its great restaurants and shopping. The Glenelg tram takes you directly to Adelaide CBD. Also you can organize many day trips from glenelg.

Our well appointed, modern 2 bd courtyard home with undercover outdoor dining area with full gas bbq facilities. Master bedroom with Super King Size bed and ensuite. Second bedroom with Queen bed and private bathroom and seperate toilet. Spacious open living/dining area with modern ammenities to meet all of your needs. In November 2020 we completed a comprehensive makeover, freshly painted throughout, new soft tread hybrid flooring and fantastic new kitchen.. In October 2024 wifi was expanded

As the sunset begins, enjoy a cocktail or a romantic evening in art deco style, in the heart of Glenelg. The living room and bedroom have high ceilings and decoration highlighting the era. The modern bathroom has been recently recreated in a deco style. You have access through the ground level foyer and then up the internal stairs to this first floor apartment. It is quiet with no street noise.

Spacious, modern apartment 150m from Brighton beach, above the bustling cafe strip that is Jetty Rd, Brighton. 500m to Brighton train station, 30 secs to the best coffee in Adelaide, 1 min from the beach.
