Your family will be in downtown Nova Petropolis. The house is located next to Aldeia do Imigrante, on a cul-de-sac, with little vehicular traffic, in the center of the city. The house is close to everything and in a good location. There is a parking space for 1 vehicle on the access ramp in the courtyard and 1 parking space on the street, in front of the ramp The house is very cozy and maintains its original features, being well ventilated and safe, with a simple and rustic decor with a special touch of Grandma.

Forget your worries in this quiet, spacious place. At Sítio João de Barro you will live a unique moment in a cabin in the middle of nature in the rural part of Gramado. The distance from downtown Gramado is about 9km. The hut consists of a double bed, two single bed,fireplace, minibar, electric kettle, ceiling fan, bathroom with gas heating shower. It has wi-fi and free parking. We offer simple breakfast.
