Very bright and quiet on the 1st floor (and top floor) of the outbuilding of a house 20 meters away. Property access is independent and private. Very nice equipped, WiFi, sofa bed, storage, storage, private shower room, TV, coffee machine, etc. 200 m pastry shop, restaurants, etc.
