Here there is a swimming area right on the downside and walking distance to both Nøtterøy Golf Course and hiking terrain as well as the coastal trail. Kiwi, gas station and good bus connections to Tønsberg and Tjøme are right by. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a chaise longue (suitable for a child to sleep on) and one with 2 single beds that can be put together. The living room and patio are west facing with sea views and are sunny.

We rent out an annex/skipper's room that is located as a side building to the main house. Separate with private entrance and patio. Good standard with kitchen, bathroom, vestibule, living room and sleeping loft. Direct exit to sunny patio/garden with seating area, sunbeds and gas grill. Quiet and peaceful villa area with 300 m to the lake with great swimming areas, marina and the beautiful archipelago in Færder National Park. Possibility of agreement on rental of guest pass in local boat association.

Dette lille sjarmerende huset ligger i første rekke til sjøen på Nesbrygga, som ligger på Nøtterøy. Huset er renovert og holder gjennomgående høy standard. Nydelig utsikt over sundet både ute og inne, gode solforhold og fantastiske solnedganger. (ingen solgaranti selv på solkysten;) Bademuligheter finnes to minutts gange fra huset, og ellers er det flere fine strender i nærheten. Large hiking terrain to Tønsberg Tønne - fishing spots and 5 beautiful sandy beaches. The cabin was built in 2000, with a large refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The cabin has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with a family bed.
