Entièrement équipé, il permet d'accueillir 2 voyageurs. Après être monté au second étage par un escalier monumental, il sera temps de reposer vos jambes fatiguées par vos multiples expéditions. Avec une vue sur la majestueuse Abbatiale de Saint Ouen, vous pourrez trouver la quiétude d'un nid bienfaiteur vous offrant tout le confort d'un appartement de 32 m2, refait à neuf, et totalement équipé. Le logement est intégralement dédié à nos invités. Christine ou Dominique seront présents pour vous accueillir de façon chaleureuse et décontractée. Vous pourrez ainsi vous sentir à l'aise et sereins, après parfois de longues heures de trajet. Si vous le souhaitez, nous pourrons vous indiquer les bonnes adresses ainsi que les divers sites à visiter. Vous serez donc fins prêts pour monter à l'assaut de la ville. Niché au cœur du vieux Rouen avec ses ruelles médiévales et ses maisons qui défient les lois de l'équilibre, l'appartement vous permettra de profiter des nombreux bons restaurants, bistrots et coquettes boutiques situés à proximité. Le trajet entre la gare de Rouen rive droite, et l'appartement s'effectue en une dizaine de minutes à pieds. Si vous arrivez en voiture vous pouvez stationner votre véhicule, au parking de l'Hôtel de Ville à quelques mètres de l'appartement en sortant à "Voies piétonnes ( Il faut compter 15 Euros par tranche de 24h). Un autre parking à environ 8/9 minutes existe également pour le même tarif : Palais de Justice ( sortie piétonne "Cathédrale). Ce parking est beaucoup plus propres, plus grand, et les places sont plus spacieuses. Sinon, le stationnement peut s'effectuer dans la rue, avec temps limité et horodateurs. Le stationnement dans les rues est gratuit de 19h à 9h ainsi que le dimanche et jours fériés. Au bas de l'immeubles des vélos sont disponibles à la location. Enfin, les transports en commun par bus sont à quelques minutes. Sous réserve de nous l'indiquer à l'avance, le check-in peut s'effectuer 24/24 sans aucun supplément de prix
