엘 한옥스테이는 2022년에 5월에 1975년 고택을 매입하여 1년 동안의 리모델링 공사기간을 거쳐 2023년 4월에 오픈한 한옥 독채 게스트하우스로 신축하였습니다. 한옥의 멋을 더하면서 현대적인 편리함을 더 할려고 노력하였으며, 유럽풍을 가미하며서 다채로움을 주려고 하였습니다. 황리단길 중심부에 위치해 있으며, 대릉원(천마총), 첨성대, 동궁과 월지등 경주 관광명소를 도로에 다닐 수 있는 위치와 바로 옆에 황리단길 음식점 (청온채 옆)과 카페(올리브)등 주변에 있습니다.

L'emplacement est le gros point positif de ce logement, la majorité des points historiques principaux se trouvaient à moins de 10min à pied! Mais il est aussi proche de la gare routière, à une dizaine de minutes à pieds également. J'étais inquiète concernant le bruit en lisant certains commentaires mais la nuit que j'ai passée était très calme donc rien à redire sur ce sujet. Ma chambre était cependant un peu différente de la description, rien de grave mais une "vue sur jardin" qui était plutôt une vue sur le mur du voisin; sûrement un manque de chance lors de la répartition des chambres. Je suis tout de même globalement très satisfaite de cette expérience, et je réserverai à nouveau une chambre ici si je reviens un jour à Gyeongju.

Really great accommodation and a lovely host! The courtyard space is really beautiful and the rooms are clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Nice breakfast provided in a communal kitchen area and the host is so nice and welcoming - made us feel very at home 🙂

Endroit très calme et hôte super gentille, elle m’a répondue à la minute quand je ne trouvais pas le logement et m’a donné des indications très claires. Logement très bien situé, juste à côté de la bus station donc très pratique.

사진을 못 찍었는데 아주 예쁘게 꾸며 있습니다. 숙소에만 있었어도 안 아까웠을 것 같아요. 기분 좋게 머무를 수 있었습니다. 위치도 정말 좋습니다. 황리단길 버스 정류장 바로 앞에 있습니다. 여기저기 돌아다니기 좋았습니다. 사장님도 정말 친절하십니다 강력 추천합니다.

사진이랑 똑같고 일단 매우 청결합니다! 냄새에 예민한데 이불에서 너무 좋은 향기가 나서 꿀잠잤네요 호스트 분도 거의 1분만에 답장와서 매우 편했습니당 강추!!!

I had a great stay! Place is just as described, well maintained, clean, and next to jungang market, which was great. Bed was firm and comfortable and the room has air conditioning. Its a bit of a walk to the tourist attractions but still walkable. Thoughtful amenities too, which i appreciated. It was quiet for me, maybe bc it was midweek, so no noise issues at all.
