This is my full time home that I'm looking to share with respectful people in need of a quiet place to stay. My place is located in a quiet condo complex, with friendly neighbors. I've traveled around the country, and I've gone abroad, and stayed at a number of Airbnbs on those trips; few of the spaces match Xinghua's house for calm and cleanliness, and even fewer of the hosts match him for hospitality. I never felt less than at home during my extended stay in the room I rented; I knew if I needed anything, too, Xinghua would be there to assist or provide. He's a fantastic host. I appreciated his help as much as I appreciated talking with him. The space itself is immaculate. For me, more importantly, it's tranquil; I live with ADHD and have to put in effort to relax. At Xinghua's home, I didn't have to work quite so hard at staying still. It's a very peaceful space. If I ever need to rent out a room local to me again, I know where I'll be staying!

My daughter and her friend stayed in Mornette’s home and attended a concert at Gillette stadium and stated that Mornette was extremely friendly and very kind as she made them feel welcome and comfortable. She brought them halfway to the concert and then picked them up after. The walk to Gillette was short on a well lit sidewalk. Mornette was very communicative and provided excellent details including how to get to her home bypassing route 1 thus avoiding tremendous traffic. Her home is exactly as described in the listing and very homey. I can’t thank Mornette enough for welcoming my daughter and her friend into her home and making them feel comfortable.

Silvia was extremely helpful, hospitable and friendly. The location in Walpole was perfect for a stress free commuter train visit to Boston, a very short drive to Gillette Stadium, and close to variety of eating and entertainment options. The house (with parking) and room were perfect for my wife and I to spend two days in Walpole. I would return when we are in the area for a concert or even a Sox game. Thank you Silvia!

Virginia is a GREAT host! Location was perfect and easily accessible to other town rods if you want to avoid traffic. Bed was Ohhh sooo comfy. This property was a perfect location for me to get to work and being on the road for the week, easily accessible to other towns to avoid traffic. The property itself is so historic and interesting! Room was great, clean and the bed was just what I needed after a long day. Virginia knows I will be back again when work calls! Thank you for a great stay!
