Be aware that Dorothea Beach Condos is not a resort, there are no restaurants/bars or groceries accessible without a car! It is however, a safe residential community with friendly dogs, polite children, chickens, deer, iguanas etc. Pets allowed.

(Northside) Walking distance to Hull Bay Beach (Downhill there, uphill back) “Nomads” and “The Shack” are super convenient to grab a bite/drink while at Hull Bay Beach. “Fish Bar” is super close too, it’s so good! . A/C in both bedrooms. The two twin beds in the second bedroom can be converted into a king bed if preferred. Queen air mattress and pack n play available upon request! Side note : I recommend renting a vehicle.
