Handy to Brisbane Airport

Our house is a modern two storey house 9km from Brisbane CBD. We are a 10 minute drive from Brisbane airport and close to the airport tunnel and public transport. My husband and I live upstairs and will be on site during your stay. Downstairs we have a self contained, fully furnished two bedroom apartment available for rental. There is a large modern bathroom. The larger bedroom has a queen sized bed and the smaller bedroom has a double bed. It has a refrigerator,large, flat -screen TV, washing machine and dryer to use. We have an inground lap pool for your use also. Street parking is safe and plentiful. I work as a teacher through the day, but can arrange to be at home to greet guests from 4pm. There are several restaurant options a short drive or walk from our place - many restaurants deliver take away food also. A bus to the city stops directly outside out house and Nundah train station is less than 3km away. Brisbane's greatest appeal is its incredible sub-tropical climate. There is plenty to do and see on a short visit to the city - en route to other places in Australia - or as a destination on its own. Looking forward to hearing from you..........

Don’t think twice. Coral is nothing but a wonderful human being and host. I had the pleasure of meeting her and staying in her lovely home for 4 nights and wished I could have stayed for longer. Upon arrival, I was welcomed and taken care of throughout. Local recommendations are provided and laughter is abundant as Coral takes you on a journey with her sublime storytelling skills. The home is well kept and tidy, vibrant with colourful decor and a lush garden. Also, it is conveniently located to the second largest regional shopping centre in Australia, Westfield Chermside — only a 5-min drive or 18-min walk away. Highly, highly recommended to all. Lorraine and Sam are amazing hosts. They are so nice, attentive, caring and offer places to see in Brisbane and its surroundings. The space for visitors is just perfect with the bedroom and bathroom. We had a night of stay at Ronald's place. Its a separated ensuite room with everything you need inside. Ronald is extremely easy to communicate with and he is always there when you need help. Bed is super comfortable and perfect for travellers who need to get to airport early in the morning - its about 15 mins drive. Spotless clean as well As a shift worker, I will definitely come back to stay at Ronald's place.

When I saw the full 5 star rating I felt a little sus. But reading the reviews I figured it’s a solid shot trying it out. And let me tell you the 5 stars check out!! You get a super comfy room downstairs and have your own bathroom. Their garden and property is super nice. Clementina and Alex, including their children made me feel at home. Super welcoming, never felt like I bothered them, they let me come with them for grocery shopping cause it aligned and it was super nice. Did not expect this kind of hosting for a airbnb but I am so grateful I started my journey here! Wish I stayed for longer!!! The bus is literally 2-3 min walk away and the 235/225 bus takes you to the cbd in like 20-30min depending on traffic. There’s a super cute cafè near them and a awsome dog park. Totally recommend for anyone looking for a slower part or the city, beautiful area to walk around. A bit hilly but good exercise! Thank you Alex and Clementina! 🧚‍♂️
